I've been working on a simple python script to download the prices for an item from Eve Central and then apply the data to manufacturing calculation. It started as a project to learn a bit of Python. The script works well, but I no longer have time to finish it up or polish it, so I thought I would release it here for anyone who might have use for such a thing.
It is all command line based, and is run simply by running the script in the python interpreter.
Retrieve Price Data for a specific item or all items
Save BPO ME/PE data and display component calculations for production (includes current cost/profit, based on Jita)
Saves all historical data in to CSV format for import in to Excel
View and display historical changes in Volume and price levels for buy and sell orders for an item.Eve Files Link
If anything, this might be useful for someone looking to incorporate features in to their own python programs.
Let me know what you think. Be kind with bad feedback. I am not a programmer and will not be fixing any problems.
