ROFLMAO no wonder they advertising this joke here and there.

One: Tell me again why EVE was no indie game when it launched? I seem to recall CCP being a one-game company.

Two: You know how this stuff works with EVE. If they decide to take a step back and work on fixing what's there, people throw a fit because they don't get new toys. If CCP decide to give people new toys, other people throw a fit because the old stuff doesn't get fixed, and those people who got new toys throw a fit because the new toys are not spectacular enough and caused a few more bugs. If CCP decides to go off a tangent and try something completely new, people throw a fit over how CCP want to turn EVE into a different game. If CCP sits down and goes, ****e, how do we deal with this stuff, everybody throws a fit because CCP doesn't care about its playerbase anymore and won't touch EVE because they're all busy getting drunk and working on other stuff.

Yes, I am exaggerating. Yes, you still know I'm right.

Oh and, those of you who found a new home in Perpetuum? Good for you! Hope it turns out all you want it to be, have fun. Just, please don't keep coming back to be smug about how much better you think your new game is. It gets kinda lame after a while.

You must not be looking very hard if you see very few threads demanding more content. The "when was the last expansion that actually delivered real content?" comments are almost as common as the "fix this" comments. As for fixing lore threads, those are usually just disguised tears. Few Eve players know what role playing really is; even fewer actually practice it in game.

Key point: REAL content, not half-finished "content" like the Door, PI, etc. There's really no disagreement about this, everyone wants more attention to making GOOD content instead of shoving out half-finished beta garbage every couple months to bait a few more people into subscribing.
