I don't know why he never answered this question on the forums, but last night on SCC-Lounge he said the petition was to reimburse some subscription time that he was not credited for. I don't know if it was PLEX or some other form of payment, but his petition took a long time to be responded to and the response was "our logs show nothing so GTFO" so he GTFO. Or at least that's how he characterized it. Failure to receive service that one has paid for is a basic customer service issue.
Sorry I don't have more details, but apparently it was not monocles and not the proposed licensing fee although he was clearly ticked about the latter.
