You don't need a MWD for incursions or sensor booster. But you do need a Stasis Webifier. Especially the Fed Navy one:

its a fair point but some of the rooms are HUGE and having a mwd stops you going  And a sensor booster just helps clear things faster/lock to your max range with arti's a web can be useful but tbh drones will deal with the frigs and anything bigger will be hit anyway |

:) Nope He said 10 men fleet ( Vanguards ) so you'll be dealing with frigs 90% of the time. And only in 1 site you'll be required to move: The Mining Colony, but you'll be moving with the rest of the fleet, slow pace:) Thus there's no reason to fit a propulsion module. Only in some 40 men fleet sites you'll be required to fit an AB ( no MWD because of the capacitor penalty, which you'll need cap for hardeners when a BS will Neut you ). In 90% of the fleets you won't be accepted without a Fed Navy Stasis Web ( again, because of its longer range than the T2 ). That's the fit with which I did incursions and it was great. You do need a lot of tracking in 10men vanguard fleets. |

Ahh didnt think of that lol, i just saw mael and incurtion  i would go as far to fit 650's for the extra tracking and down grade the tank a bit to fit twin webs/ web + TC. a mael for a vanguard is a bit overkill personally |
