Greetings capsuleers,

You may already know me indirectly from the recent news articles floating around, and as such, may expect that I am here to talk about such things. Let me state that I am, sadly for some, not. Ive come for another reason.

Id like to establish a series of communication networks to enable a greater flow of information between various capsuleer individuals and organizations. This network serves the specific purpose of unifying capsuleers with an interest in researching and discussing Sleeper technology and history, Talocan technology and history, Wormhole Space exploration and archiving, as well as any matters that relate to those. I imagine over time the topics of discussion will evolve to meet the discourse.

  • The first network is a mailing list, open to all members. It can be reached at the name: Arek'jaalan

  • The second is a live fluid-router channel, hosted by Eifyr & Co. facilities in Eram. This is a VR/NV-compatible channel with support for all the regular methods of remote access and interaction. The channel name is the same as the list: Arek'jaalan

All are welcome to join. Help with the administration of these networks is sought, as well.

Let me finish by stating that I am fully aware that I would not be the first with this idea. If other networks of this kind exist, I would only seek to help them, not compete. A plurality of views and arenas to voice them is essential to healthy debate and instructive research.

A very welcome initiative.

Have you spoken to those in The Synenose Accord corporation? They did a great deal of research into the wormholes, "W-space", and the inhabitants. I'd suggest you attempt to contact them if you haven't already; I'm sure they will point you towards relevant channels already set up among capsuleers.

Heh. Interesting choice of title. I don't think I would have raised an eyebrow, otherwise.

Perhaps I'll keep tabs.

Sleepers, r-rright.
As far as I know, they are defensive drones, woken up by capsuleers entering their systems.
Since we know, that capsuleers can enter their systems, there is a probability that they can enter our systems too.
Should this happen, what threat to the State do they posses?
What must be done to counter this threat and minimize possible property damage?
Can we reduce risk of this scenario?

At your service,
D.Kim, Wing Commander

I would be quite happy to assist with these endeavors, Mr. Tukoss. Get ahold of me if you would like. I did have something like this going at one point, but had to shut it down as my attention had been drawn elsewhere and could not keep up with it myself.

Even though your recent actions seem a step into the right direction you are hardly the person to be trusted with information about the Sleepers.

I think the capsuleers are not a place where you will find any useful information anyway so good luck with that.

Oh shut up, you fool. It was I and not you who spend time in w-space and did all those observations and footage. You just published the findings in your own name. Oh, and The Wanderer works fine as research facility and human shelter and have so for years, thank you.

W-space holds mysteries about our past that have yet to be solved. By knowing which steps we took we know our way forward. I went there once to seek solitude and insight, perhaps I will do so again.

Mr. Tukoss,

I congratulate you first on your success in finding a new home, and I wish your new research the best possible outcomes.

It has been far too long since the Seyllin event, and the resultant cosmopolitical destabilization, without substantial advances in the knowledge regarding the Sleepers and the Talocan culture. With possible Sleeper technology being arrayed against us by the Sansha, the urgency of this issue becomes all the more immediate.

While no doubt you have many questions coming your way, perhaps you could answer a question we could not in the Second Seyllin Conference.

What precisely was the significance of the Ducia Foundry and the attack upon it by Sansha's Nation forces, a year and two months ago?

It is quite clear this was the trigger event for the incursions that would be to follow, however, no agency or government authority has come forward on details of the attack. Our investigation of the star system had revealed all evidence of the incident had been wiped clean. It appears that Ducia had found something nobody else wanted us to discover.

I will be relaying this transmission to the newly-established mailing list as well. Thank you for your times and efforts.

In interests of sharing information...
...what information do you have on ...well..let's say...things like...
"Ancient Coordinates Database", "Neural Network Analyzer", "Sleeper Data Library" and "Sleeper Drone AI Nexus"...?

Your corporation from which you have defected, as well as this for which you are working on now has been procuring vast amounts of those things.
Most surely research of those has provided some fruit till now...

And why Eifyr and Co. ...does the republic suit you because of the ruins in Ani constellation ?

Anyway Ill be joining your communication network, I am interested what do you have to share.

Nishachara out...

Mr. Tukoss,

I want to congratulate you and your team gaining your freedom from the mega-corporations.
I will immediately join the Arek'jaalan mailing list and live fluid-router channel. Lets see where it(researching and discussing) will take us.

A healthy human environment is one in which we try to make sense of our limits, of the accidents that can always befall us and the passage of time which inexorably changes us.

If our suspicions about your intentions with Arek'Jaalal turn out to be correct consider DYON. to be at your service.

As a fellow scientist and an individual whose research has been stifled by narrow-minded mismanagement in the past, I wholeheartedly empathize with your situation. Wormhole technology has been an instrumental component in advancing NeuroGEN's objectives, and continues to present wondrous opportunities for future technological advancement. I have redirected one of our research teams toward this project, and will continue to follow your efforts closely. If any further assistance is required, please do not hesitate to contact us (through me) directly.

Thank you,

While your indiscretions are disappointing, your hunger for discovery and knowledge is something worthy of attention. Relish in it while you can. Perhaps something good will come of your controversy.

Talocan United is an Anoikis-exclusive alliance, dedicated to inhabiting, developing, and controlling wormhole space.

We would like to offer any and all resources Hilen Tukoss may require for his future study (and potential co-habitation) of Anoikis. We also have connections to other wormhole alliances willing to do the same.

As to the topic of exchange of wormhole-related information, I wholeheartedly support this. To prevent the same road from being re-trodden, I am providing links to two large and noteworthy discussions already present on the topic:

Possibly new hidden sleeper info found at sites.

Sleepers instead of the Rogue Drones?

There is much first-hand experience related in those, and many interesting theories, including some suggesting a much closer relationship between the Talocan and the Sleepers than originally conceived...

We look forward to and welcome all discourse about our home lands.

Deep in thought, Asbalon Jade slowly walked through a vast library. Rows and rows of books, as far as the eye could see. Between the rows, old tables litered with books and surrounded by compfy chairs awaited any visitors. Elegant chandeliers from the cieling hanging on silver chains bathed everything in a warm golden glow. In his hands a seemingly tattered old open book, bound in leather.

He stopped infront of another shelf, quietly mumbling "Anoikis" as his eyes scanned the books.

Without looking to the visitor, Asbalon tapped a book, sending it off flying to the nearest table, "What is it Carina?"

The hologram of his personal ships artifical Inteligence wavered slightly and spoke with a soft voice, "I think there might be something interessting for you coming up".

"And that something might be?" he answered, turning to her.
Carina's hologram coughed, "No sir, Arek'Jaalan. It seems to be a new atempt at solving the Sleepers."
"Another one?", Asbalon raised an eyebrow, his eyes wandered to a book shelf behind Carina.
"This one... might be diffrent. It's beeing led by Hilen Tukoss".
"Tukoss... Tukoss... ahh the Caldari that ehm.. how did they put it.. changed employers?"
"That is correct."

Carina opend am interface for Asbalon displying all the news and information she had collected about Hilen Tukoss.
"You know Carina", Asbalon said with a frown, "I would appreciate it if you could keep this VR clean".

Carina sighed, the interface disapeared, and in the blink of any eye her appearance changed dramaticly. Now donning a late victorian dress, she held a book towards him, the title: 'Arek'Jaalan'.

Asbalon took the book with a smile and began browsing the pages, "Ah much better. Carina, please tell the crew of DSX Ramuh, that we will be postponing the trip to Wspace"
With a nod, Carina transmitted the orders to the Legion Class vessel, "I thought you wanted to visit a Mirror again? We've been preparing the flightplan for weeks now. You can follow the fluid routers just as well from Wspace."

Asbalon smiled again, "True, but my dear, I have the slight feeling that soon I will have to talk, and not say something. Best be we stay close by for this one." From out of his pocket he produced a wodden pipe, and subsequently began blowing bubbles out of it while walking through his library, absent mindedly reading the new book Carina had given him. "By the way" he called without turning to her, "Do establish a connection to all the chanels, yes? Thank you my dear".

3.4billion calculations later, Carina had -again- come to the conclusion he was -scientificly spoken- nuts. The hologram faded, giving out a soft sigh, while establishing the connections.

Dear Mister Tukoss,

It's nice to see a person who is willing to take great risks in making a big decision.

Though i'm limited in means, i wish to offer you full assistance in any way i can. I am willing to fund you research with 1 billion isk. This money can be spend on purchasing any means you might need for your research. Considering the current climate and hostility of some towards you, i'm also willing to buy and deliver such goods. I'm also willing to act as a guard for any transport you wish to organise.

I've joined the mailing list and look forward to a reply.
