If your account was made before the last mirror: No need to use a PLEX. You can get your account activated by posting here Linkage (might take some days).

If your account was made on TQ after the last mirror was taken, it is missing on Sisi and you will have to wait until the next mirror is deployed.

There are only some faction ships seeded in the market and since you are a new player you will most likely not be ably to fly them as your skills are whatever skills you had on TQ at the time of the mirror.

Be sure to read the stickies in this forum and follow the rules.

One system per constellation (I think) should be seeded with 100 ISK mods. Faction mods are not seeded. Only faction mods that were on the TQ market will be available on Sisi, wich get bought up rather quickly as soon as a new mirror is deployed.
