Im pretty much new to eve online, biggest question i have is:
After i trained for Full mining skill, can i go and train for pvp ships / fits then? go all in for training for pvp that is. Or is there any skill cap in eve online?

Please give me advice :)
Im a new player as i said, and i like the game Razz.

Nope, after you train mining you can train for PVP. No skill cap of any sort.

IIRC you need around 7m SP do be a decent miner. I recommend you do the basic stuff like fitting skills and support skills that require INT/MEM right after that and then go full force PER/WIL spec. It will save you a decent amount of time.
