I’m training to fly rifters for PvP.  Nothing else.  I just want to max out this character to fly rifters.  So I have followed the famous “Rifter Skill Plan” and have everything up to level 3 with some level 4 and four skills at level 5 now. 
 
But I’ve gotten to the point where the next level of training is taking more than a few hours – we’re now talking days or weeks for some of them.  I need to prioritize.

Below are listed the relevant skills (except for Electronics, Energy Systems Operation, Engineering, and Small Projectile Turret which I have at level 5 already).
 
Please let me know which 5 skills you think are most important to get to level 5 for flying a rifter.

Get good navigation skills, to IV except Navigation to V. Speed is important.
Your capacitor skills are important too as MWDs, webs, scrams, repair systems all require cap. Also train some shield/armor rigging skills for your tank. Frigate V will get you max ship bonusss which are very good on the Rifter. Repair systems are for armor tanking option I guess? Get T2 autocannons (Small Projectile Turret V) as Barrage S is a great asset with its range bonus. Energy Tranfer IV for the Nos option. Train rockets later.

Thanks Jennifer - that helps sort out the options. I hope to get them all to 5 eventually, but the best route there is my current focus.
