I want to have the CQ experience, when i want to.

1- Old UI ( ship spinning ) back

2- Like undock, a button , go to CQ

/agree

Give us the old UI and a disembark button to go to CQ.
It'll make CQ seem like less of a money grab.

Yeah, there are more threads saying this but gonna support this as well as this definately needs to be on the things to agree with CCP. Will also prolong the life of my CPG as it won't be working it so hard all the time. ugh

you can just turn of the station environment.

No lag, just a pretty picture.

Yeah, my blindness was epic, proposal was out there already
*sorry*

- the door - was a temp fix for the multiboxers, would love to
see a permanent fix.
( and it seems to requere a very little efford from programming side )

RP value / emersion would stay intact , the only change what is made that
you volenteerly leave your pod, instead of getting automatic kicked out of it.

Yes, this makes sense to me from both a performance perspective and an RP/immersion perspective too.

The NPE could still start in the CQ then move on to either the hangar view/in space. Undocking directly from the CQ should be an option, as should switching back and forth between the CQ and hangar view (e.g. via a 'Leave Pod'/'Enter Pod' button). You could even make the pod on the CQ balcony interactive so it's possible to enter it from there...

I can live with this. I could even live with a variant of the old 'do not load station environment' mode, where a pic of the current ship was shown, as the non-CQ setting. Maybe something akin to the Incarna splash screen.

I typically run 3-4 clients. Running CQ on all of them is IMO not an option.

+1 ( I donít like to be forced to use something I canít use )

They already forced me to make a face for my MAIN characters,
it took me 2 hours to finish then. My Geforce 6200 just canít handle it.

===============================================

Yes I want the old hanger back !

I donít know why but I like to sit in station and just look at my ship in all its glory.
Sometimes I buy new en expensive ships just to look at them, and spin them around.
Even fitting them out makes me happy, that way I can check out the guns and stuff.

Why I donít like the current inside of the station:
1. My PC cant handle the character creation engine and station environment
2. I donít like looking at a rusty wall in the station.

When I am in the station it feels like I am not really in the station.
I even feel disconnected from the game and my precious ships.

PS: I play this game on a Geforce 6200, if I would upgrade my PC to run EVE properly,
then I would stop playing EVE and go back to RPGís and play other DX11 games.

LOL, and NO ONE would get my stuff so donít ask for it,
I keep it until the game gets a proper hanger, If I even return.

Ship spinning back or a image of your ship so you can easily see what you are flying if you are flipping between clients.

I support this

Pro tip to CCP: This would reduce the heat on CQ performance "problem" by great deal while you work on it. I for one think CQ's performance is quite impressive for first version, I know and understand that this is only a small portion of "Walking-in-station" and it will take time to release and tweak it.

I, personally, don't like the idea of docking, leaving ship, leaving capsule and dressing just to drop loot into my hangar and then undress, enter capsule and reconnect to the shipLaughing
