The vast majority of us would go back happy. And if you think that MT ammo wouldn't be anything negative because you could just 'outplay' them I wonder what you will be saying when you and your mates get ganked by a 5 day old noob in a faction BS ****ing out omni damage ammo. Worst case? Sure. But the point is that all things being equal (As it often is in the quality fights we all actually want) who comes out on top are often the people who fit better or had better cohesion. Actually the monocle looks stupid. I'd rather have a classy monocle. Not something that looks welded to your face. But if you think most of the bittervets who are *****ing can't afford several of these then you are mistaken. 1.5 is not a whole lot of isk. |

CCP were willing to change plans for introducing the IW Scorpion and eventually scrapped said plans until further notice entirely because people were unhappy with "something from nothing" as they believed it broke the "only vanity" promise. Not really sure how much clearer their stance can get to be honest. |

I'm not really sure what you are saying but if you mean that CCP has admitted they will NOT be introducing game affecting MT then you are wrong. The only actual answer we have on that question is FALLOUT saying that he isn't in a position to answer that. But if there is someone else (Preferably someone ranking) who has said something to that affect recently please link it and I will be ecstatic. |

It is right there in the "Ships for $" thread, look it up yourself .. not hard to find. They go from wanting the scorpion to be available in Nex for months to a week to not until its painjob bpc only. By the way, going from "someone at CCP" to "someone preferably ranking" reveals that no answer will ever satisfy you thus your chances of getting one is slim to none .. discussion/debate is like poker, have to watch your cards like a hawk. |

Ah, thanks, I admit I had not seen that thread. Its kind of hard to digest a 30 page thread quickly but from what I understand the sorp was never something that had different stats, no? In that case it isn't a game affecting MT and I don't honestly care. Like I said, I have no issue with 1.5 billion isk monocles, even if they fly and look like a scorpion. I would LIKE it it Hilmar himself came out and told us but I'd accept anyone who was in a position to say it. Obviously if a junior GM said it it wouldn't hold much weight, right? I put the 'preferably ranking' in there to be clear. I apologise if it sounded childish. A discussion or debate is only like poker when you are trying to win at all costs.
