If the right answers would have been a realistic option for them, they would have said them long before now. No matter what the outcome it's going to be a mix of good and bad and everyone is going to have to decide personally if what they hear is good enough. The actual details of the meeting might also take weeks before they are published to us.

Personally I predict no major change on the MT store front, but minor concessions will be made, so CCP can be seen as being willing to compromise and listen to their customers. It will mean some will quit because CCP once again tries to dodge the actual issues and won't commit to anything concrete concerning them(might be a good drinking game to see how many times they try to give the impression of saying what people want to hear, without actually saying it), but most will stay, since CCP will give some vague promises backed by optimistic statements made by the CSM.

The three words from CSM posts on Twitter that stuck in my head from yesterday were:

'LOUD PASSIONATE BUTTHURT'

It is not an image I like on my head, thank you! Shocked

Today, given they are being told, sorry, negotiating from an point of existing butthurt, where the Noble items are progressing to (to milk so they can increase CCP's revenues to pay for Dust and WoD)...

*shrugs* We shall see, but once trust is lost it is never truly regained, and it has been lost.

ok ,call me stupid , but after all those CSM posts I really could not understand was this question answered?

ARE YOU GOING TO INTRODUCE NON-VANITY ITEMS INTO THE NEX MARKET?

ERT ÞÚ AÐ FARA TIL KYNNA NON - HÉGÓMAGIRND ATRIÐI INN Í the NEX Markaður?

GAAT U DE PUNTEN VAN DE NIET-IJDELHEID IN DE MARKT NEX INTRODUCEREN?

WERDEN SIE NON-VANITY EINZELTEILE IN DEN NEX MARKT VORSTELLEN?

STATE ANDANDO ILLUSTRARE I PUNTI DI NON-VANITY NEL MERCATO DI NEX?

ALLEZ-VOUS PRÉSENTER DES POINTS DE NON-VANITY DANS LE MARCHÉ DE NEX ?

VOCÊ ESTÁ INDO INTRODUZIR ARTIGOS DE NON-VANITY NO MERCADO DE NEX?

¿USTED VA A INTRODUCIR ARTÍCULOS DE NON-VANITY EN EL MERCADO DE NEX?

ВЫ ИДЕТЕ НЕ ВВЕСТИ НИКАКИЕ ДЕТАЛИ ТЩЕТЫ В РЫНОК NEX??

This question is for Eve and Eve only, I don't care if I can buy gold ammo for DUST players, as long as that isn't implemented in Eve we are cool. Hell use your legal team to come up with the answer specifying that other games that influence Eve may have gold ammo but Eve itself never will.

(Having only read the first post) - At the end of the day CCP are going to lose out because of this due to people unsubscribing because they haven't the computer performace to dock...as you said...a little more thought was needed so slowing down the development would have been a good idea, as at the end of the day ccp are in it to make money and little else.

My guess is CCP does see the light on the vanity/non-vanity issue. They can't answer it as a complete no because of dust. And it has to be carefully answered as it relates to "establishments" ... just a guess, who knows.

I included Dust in the answer. If you are taking a test and someone gives you the answer would you still choose to put down the incorrect response?

Well I see that the guys at Perpetuum are making their own call on this.

ATM there is a hardware upgrade going on so they don't get caught with their pants down if there is a mass exodus. That sure seems like putting your money where your mouth is.

So, when a player points out the the CSM should be focusing on the issues they went to Iceland for, and that CCP should be fixing the resource hogging issues of Incarna (which they are aware of) before worrying about future expansions... I get told to kill myself

When I pointed out I am dying anyway (I have a rare wasting disease, and complications like kidney failure and pulmonary embellism) Mittani thinks it's something to joke about.

After that I started getting hate messages on Twitter. Nice eh.

And you are putting your hopes on these people...

No I'm not.

Thank you posting that though. What's it take to enthrall the head of the CSM? Sneak peeks at "the future of 0.0". Fly them to Iceland, buy them drinks, give them a monocle, show them glimpses of future bling, and they'll swallow the Kool-aid. Sounds like things are going exactly according to plan for CCP for once.

@Ackadia If you're dying slowly and painfully, shouldn't you support time dilation?

@ackadia
@themittani You are sad and rather sick to be honest. And no, I don't care about ahead when what they have now is borked. #csm6 #fleetfleet

No I don't.

I was just giving "mittens" the benefit of the doubt and hoping that just because he plays an ass on a game, he isn't necessarily going to be one IRL. Of course, that doubt has now been removed.

You -- "I don't need to kill myself, I am dying anyway, slowly and painfully. Thanks for the reminder!" (52 mins ago)

Mittani -- If you're dying slowly and painfully, shouldn't you support time dilation? (49 mins ago)

I wouldn't go so far as to say Mittani *knew* you meant IRL. There's nothing that would imply that in *any* of the messages... so, he made a snarky comment to something that you said wherein *you* were referencing your own personal problems that others in the conversation likely have no prior knowledge?

Shockedlookie me, defending a goonShocked

yeah, he probably shouldn't have said it...

no, you're not helping your case much by continuing to argue with people (hell, some of them are just looking for tears... you should know that's the M.O. with EVE players by now).

you're not a Socratic alt, are you?Shocked

WHERE'S ZEDRIK CAYNE!?Twisted Evil

edit, adding timestamps...

pretty sure that Mittens wouldn't be arsed to look up that info in 2-3 minutes... so your "if only people would look it up" argument is a wash

Or maybe you can google "ackadia" (my account) with "kidney failure" or with 'blood clots" or with 'pulmonary embellism" or with "motor neurone disease" and find that maybe I am not trolling, hmmm.

Only shows that you were twittering about this, doesn't mean that it's real. It's not verifiable. This is the internet, every single individual has to be assumed to be a liar until independent sources verify the information.
