Does the currentTime indicate 'all transactions before this time are present' or can there be transactions that occurred before the 'currentTime' that won't show up for a while?

Basically, i'm trying to cache all wallet transactions as time goes on, and i'd rather just compare the timestamp than have to check the ID of every single transaction.

My understanding is that currentTime indicates API time in relation to the cache, and not "database time", I usually work on transaction ID as the basis of importing new records just to be on the safe side.

I may be wrong, not started playing with that yet, but I think currentTime is the server time at which you make the api call. I believe it is given so you can correctly use the cachedUntil, since your time may not be synchronized with eve time.
