I am primarily looking for a Minmatar pilot with all support skills to 5 for the respective ships for the race. Any racial cross training should emphasize pirate faction ships, and have the skills to T2 equip them.

Requirements
No Wasted SP PvE type skills.
Capital skills are not something I am looking for, so some is fine but I do not want a crazy offer because it can pilot a titan.
Must Have

Drones skills to at least use T2 medium drones
Gunnery support skills to 5
T2 small, medium, and large Projectiles
Minmatar ship skills to 5
At least one other race's ship skills to 5 including their respective gunnery skills
Core skills to 5 for fitting
Positive Wallet
Sec Status can be -10 if not it will be soon
Jump Clones and implant sets I do not care for much if it makes the price absurd
At least one attribute remap would be nice but not required
