1. Change skill books to "inject-able but only able to learn with pre-requirements".
2. Update and add new certificates that are more guided for players.
3. Change all basic certificates to only require skill books that cost less than 100,000 a piece or rewarded from tutorial.

This change would appease the over 24 hour que time crowd, long term skill plan crowd, and the not so knowledgeable new players.

This is without mentioning that it would be easy to put in. And wouldn't block up space on the server as it follows a plan already plotted out. Or so to my knowledgeQuestion Something to consider, what do you guys think?

Yes this ^

limit it to one certificate at a time, only allowing access to cert's that you currently posses (injected) the skills for.
Would make the certificate system more useful, and its simple :)

Not sure about part 1 though as you could have a 1 day toon with every skill injected in theory. Maybe a skill that limits the total number of (level 0) injected skills that you can have (although that's a bit silly, crow bar in the box).

This is a fantastic idea.I think someone posted a link to this thread on my skill training plan thread and to be honest this idea is far better. CCP do this please YARRRR!!
