Position: Website Designer for next-generation EOH website
Requirements: XHTML, CSS and Javascript, JQuery and .NET experience a plus. Will need to see examples of previous work.
Duration of Employment: 2-4 months (estimate)
Details: This position is for the implementation of a new user interface (masterpage and control skins) of the next generation EVE Online Hold'Em website (http://www.eohpoker.com). This task will involve at least the following elements: masterpage design and browser compatability, menu skinning and effects, form/control skinning, usability testing, and theming design. This job does NOT include coding functionality. Concept designs and design discussions with Selene and team will present specific needs. Selene and team will be responsible for provision and coordination of graphics or other asset development via other resources.
Payment: Payment is in EVE Online ISK only. Payment is distributed at milestones as agreed to, with the bulk coming at or near the end of the project. Total expected payment for the final product (post-tweaks and cosmetic fine-tuning) begins at 50 Billion ISK. Depending on suggestions made in the design document phase, the total payment could be increased further.

I've been a consistent customer of the EOH services. Their ring game client is suitable for playing more than one table and they offer a variety of tournament structures. The banking staff is on their game 9 times out of 10. After all, managing payouts for multiple tables while others are buying into registering tournaments makes the wallet blink alot. (or so i can imagine)





...i did mention the larger ring tables were wonky the other day.

I've been playing Texas Hold'em at home between friends or online on various sites. I enjoy playing it and i must say: a ISK Texas Hold'em for all those boring days when waiting for hours for a POS to come out of reinforced or other dull days (all EVE players know em) with the chance to win lots of ISKies eve for newcomers sounds great.
Giving it a try as a new customer but a big thumbs up from me.

P.S.: I also support the Incarna version of EOH :)

I was never too good at making extra ISK in Eve apart from ratting, but Im decent enough at poker and I've made myself a cheeky 50m isk from a 5m isk inital input :) fantastic way for rookies and vets alike to make a bit of isk :D

I'm essentially a new player to Eve. Within one week of starting and getting my badger suicided in Jita for no apparent reason, I was about ready to quit. Then I discovered EOH and that's all I do now. If you understand even the basic rules of hold'em, EOH is the most profitable venture you can make.

EoH Poker = Best Poker! Been playing for a little while now. Win or lose, always a good time. Stop by the channel EoH Games for some good chat. If ya get lucky, the coolest banker ever will be there too!

To Clairfy:

Responses may take some time as I have recently become very busy with my new job. (Enjoying the job though)

Also I'm a nice guy, possibly insane (99.9% Likely)

Anyway to answer a few questions I get frequently:

Q: How does EOH work politically?

A: Politics do not come into it nor even apply. We're all very friendly with one another and work well together, but should we see each other on the battlefield, we wouldn;t hesitate to shoot eachother. (In Fact we will make sure to shoot the other banker)

Q: Why can the application process take a few weeks?

A: Currently beyond my job taking up my time to do this as I do actually like to shoot things when I get home (although I'm usually doing administrative work both for my alliance and EOH). I have a standard procedure to how I figure out who to approve and who to reject. I am reworking this process at the moment to make it more efficient and so I don't get lagged, but its taking me some time to finish it.

Q: What is the policy for character history?

A: We prefer having bankers who have spent a good time in EVE and that we know will be long term players and possibly long term bankers. So we ask no one who hasn't been playing EVE for 6 months to not apply.

EOH is awesome. Fun for everyone and better way to lose isk with ai's than being scammed in jita :) Nice bankers and can make quite alot of isk from playing
