I thought this was actually an improvement as it made it easier to tell when my cloak was active... Sad

I agree. I thought the change was A) intentional and B) an improvement.

Btw, do we have about as much downtime as we had when it was 1-hour downtimes?! The change from one, large expansion in every 6 months to now lots of little expansions with lots of extra downtimes does not seem to have any benefits.

I would rather see the large expansions coming back and the downtime reduced further than the random chaos we seem to have now.

I'm surprised they bother patching the game any more. If I was a dev reading some of the crap on these forum I'd give up and start a new project - lol

The answer to your question is that the Eve community has finally started to wake up & realise what a sack of cr*p they are having to deal with on every patch day. The client is just collapsing into a volcanic heap of turd which will erupt into a final meltdown of your computer.Shocked

Go play WoW - nobody is stopping you. If you think it's a "sack of crap" then vote with your feet dude.

I did. I've just cancelled six of my accounts & the final 2 will head in the same direction as for playing WOW I can't comment as to how good or bad it is but it surely can't be as badly patched as Eve? I mean patches should make it better not worse?

Return a white line around Covert Ops Cloaking Device II, the blinking of the active module not informatively displays its current condition

I guess the idea of the small expansions is for it to make it easier to identify what's causing the problem when it does go wrong.

ALT-TAB crash.

Hate to pop your bubble but I dont think it(Alt-TAB/minimized client crash) has been resolved with this patch. Just had my first crash since installing the latest patch.

Scenerio: Flying AFK, hit Alt-TAB to minimize...after a while client crashes, triggered by jumping or some kind of change.

Im hoping it was just a fluke, but players keep an eye on this and report it here so everyone can know.
