Yea - bump again too... When I position the extractor heads, they say 50 or whatever, commit the program, then select the extractor again and the numbers are down to 9-11 again... Yield blows.

Look at the amount produced/hour and total amount produced, to my experience they give the most accurate amounts atm. Forget the heat map and forget amounts given by individual extractor heads, just move the heads around until you find a good spot indicated by the amount/h and leave the heads there. Has worked as a temporary work-around for me at least.

Didn't see it on the front page.

Proposing Lockdown vote for BP's is broken. It tells you that it's not locked down or is in process of being locked down.

Also, not able to vote on any current votes. The screen shows up blank.

This worked correctly yesterday.

    Hello,
    I'm another player that has client install issues. Both the patch and the full client download failed for me, both citing corrupt file issues. I'm on Windows 7 64-bit. I'm tempted to fire up my old Macbook Pro so I can start playing again...

    Locked couple prints just few moments ago and also yesterday. Didn't experience any issues and prints locked up fine...

    However there is a method with what you can break the bpo lockdown method rather well...

    1. Open corp hangar and browse to tab which contains enough bpo's so that you can make scrollbars available.
    2. Suggest bpo lockdown for some bpo and leave the hangar open.
    -> Blueprint turns dark
    3. Go to voting as CEO and vote to lock the blueprint.
    4. Go back to corp hangar and use scrollbar to scroll so that blueprint which you locked vanishes from viewable area. Then scroll back to it...
    -> Blueprint is suddenly light again and appears not to be locked
    5. Now you are able to propose lockdown again... if you do... the entire lockdown process goes really messed up and you really cant get the print locked before you let it rest around 48 hours and do absolutely no admnistrave actions to it.

    Note to devs: this becomes impossible to reprosess if user closes corp hangar or switches corp hangar tab after proposing lockdown for one or multible prints... so most likely you should force some kind of "refresh" to blueprint tab after lockdown has been proposed...

    I think that above pretty much explains the "mystery bug" related to blueprints not locking down...

    PI buildings do not show up at all. I see a bunch of extractor heads and all of the links. I can't click on anything and I cannot reset anything.

    PI is completely borked. I can't install an extraction program, it just won't install. Values for yields of extractor heads are all wrong, graph does funny things. I've already used the "Clear all cache files" button in Escape menu, but didn't help at all. I've already file a petition for this.

    Yeah - PI is still totally hosed, and the best we have is they are working on it...

    Another report for PI not working. Extractor heads are showing low amounts or 0 until moved but amount per hour still showing in the low hundreds. When going back to check again heads show 0 or low amounts again. Have cleared cache mutiple times.

    PI extractors when moved report normally, but when submitted drop to minimal ammounts.
    This needs to be a top priority fix as it will disrupt the markets.

    And I am perfectly happy in my pod. I don't want to go for a walk.

    Don't know if these have already been reported, I didn't see them

    - Sometimes, when gate jumping to a system, AFTER the next system loaded and while the message bar reads "checking navigation systems", I get a “Display driver stopped responding and has recovered” windows 7 error message. Happens on most of the system jumps. Video is integrated Intel (work laptop). THIS IS WITH ONLY ONE CLIENT RUNNING.

    - When client and UI loads (in space, or station), clicking a different chat channel than the active one can make the client completely hang for many many seconds (including a "not responding" windows bar message). It then resumes normally.

    - Sometimes, some chat channels contents are invisible: the tab is there, you see the tab blinking when someone posts... but you dont see the actual text of the channel. No amount of fiddling with the chat box changes that unless you relog.

    Hi, I've noticed a quirk with the PI problems.

    ECU's with more than 1 head have heads with some sort of stacking penalty. If there is only 1 head, extraction is unaffected. More heads appear to hurt the output of the ECU past 1 head. Also experiencing issues as others, moving heads increases the output, but if you install the program it reverts to the low number. Deleting heads and re-adding them didnt help.

    Clearing cache has not fixed this.

    A long standing bug/exploit (but rare) still exists where players banned/blocked from a chat room can re-join it after a (major) patch. Moderators have to remove player from block list and re-add them.

    There was one more and it slipped my mind as I was logging into the forums (derp).

    /agree ... On the PI issue, it looks like a signed arithmetic error where positives are negative and vice versa semi-localized to some of the PI objects (not global).

    Now, the development team has got really bad patching down to a fine art. Maybe it's time for them to learn how to get patches done correctly... I know it's really fun for them to stage untested changes, living on the edge and all, and full of that high arrogance substituted for real confidence, but it's not fun for the paying customers. Not fun at all. When I think about sending money to these morons, I wish I was in charge so I could fire their manager, then tell the rest of them to get it right or I'll fire them too. Hey, this is a fantasy game, so I may as well fantasize...

    Which file? I've got 47 items in there including two folders, not to mention non of them where modified today.


    the error message you receive tells you the name of the file that should be moved.


    The only message I get is incompatible version. It never even tried to update. but from the looks of things that might me good

    running Mac OSX 10.6.6


    Client crashes when I look at Assets, keep multiple windows open or view Market Details.

    I get this error:
    Unhandled page fault on write access to 0x2f370000 at address 0x75f9222d.
    Do you wish to debug it?


    Pressed yes, got a black screen for a couple of minutes and I could still hear the game sounds. I had to reboot computer.
    Pressed no, client closes.

    Tried to log back in 3 times consecutively (with different accounts) and have gotten the same problem. It happens both in space and in station.ugh

    I understand that the UI is a lot of code, and you don't want to re-write the whole thing. But it's a lot of old code, and maybe it's time to start working on a brand new UI written from the ground up that works well with your Carbon framework...

    level 4 mission recon 3 of 3 there were no toxic cloud graphics. Also packaged and stacked BPO's are very hard to see the number in the stack count due to the number being transparent.

    Stop me if you've heard this one...Patch failed. Repair failed. Petition filed. And I can't post the version of the client I'm trying to patch because I can't run the client to see the version, but it was the latest one prior to the patch. Didn't get a message about any particular file; just said repair failed to fix the client.


    So, what compensation will I be getting for not being able to use something I'm paying for?

    Since patch EVE has become unplayable for me due to UI crashes. These are the symptoms:

    1) if I open map, the whole UI vanishes, and all that remains is parts of the ships capacitor display. Closing the map causes UI to reappear/

    2) If I click on a window, the UI will vanish, then re-appear when I move the mouse

    3) If I try to do anything withough doing either of the above, the eve client eventally crashes to desktop with a eve.exe error.

    Halp! Ive tried clearing cache, reinstalling the game etc...

    After applying most recent client patch, the market window only displays the lowest sell order and no text is visable for the other sell orders and all of the buy orders. Hovering mouse over a row gives the info though.

    Don't know if this has been seen by many or not: 2 random crashes after playing several hours. I was AFK for bio the first time. Second time I had jumped through a gate. After relog - spent 15 minutes ping ponging between warp gate until the app somehow got its brains unscrambled. And yes - cache has been dumped.

    Good &%^$%^& luck figuring out that problem.

    I guess someone forgot to invoke the QA switch in the project plan.... per usual.
