Had an odd bug happen a couple times today. When right-clicking to initiate warp to various planets around a system, "Warp drive active", voice sounded as normal, ship aligns, but then the blue acceleration bar froze. I waited, but my ship never warped. I had to stop the ship and re-enter warp. This happened both with right-clicking, and with shortcut key.
P.S. Yes, Cache had been cleared.
P.P.S. Seems to be an unusual delay between activating cloak on my Covops, and the time I actually see it cloak. Don't know if it's the same way to an outside observing player.
P.P.P.S. I just realized, I'm not hearing ambient sounds in stations! (i.e. Chanting in Amarr stations.)Exclamation

PI is total corrupte at all - before 'Precials Metals' i get arrond 16.254/h - after the patch the max is 2.576/h - if i spread it outside the white hotpot you getting more then into the white hotspot.

Yes of coure i cleaning the buffer - i do this olso by hand - but NOTHING works

Olso clean install (into another direction) give the same problem.

TESTING - what is that, CCP do that after patching, not before Embarassed

While rescuing the damsel another time, i tried to destroy the second can that was dropped after the destruction of the pleasure hub.
And to my great surprise: I couldn't.
My heavy missiles were flying back and forth along the can without exploding!
They first vanished when their flight time was over.

The mission has not been accepted by me but I took down everything in it.
This happened in Sorzielang.
It was a lvl4 mission.

Didn't see it on the list so,

When the shield is being knocked down by enemy fire, the part that shows what has 'gone' from the shield is an ugly orange colour (similar to the bugged capacitor colour). Not exactly a biggy but still...

Edit: on one account the station buttons on the bottom right (rent office, corporate hangar etc) are borked i.e. in a strange formation. Main account is ok. Unpinning the window and moving the station pane didn't help.

All of these are no longer usable as a single button press to apply to the currently selected overview entry.

This appears to be a systematic fault caused by a single bug.

(And a pretty damned important one, it sends combat in null sec back to the right clicky mouse days)


All combat shortcuts now work this way. I need hold assigned key and then click in overview on target. I can hold it all the time and click on multiple targets to do action as far as I do holding that key. BTW there is no mention about this change in Patch Notes.

In fact new UI works a lot diferently than old one and there is no single sentence in patch notes about differences. BTW new UI is hell a lot laggy than old one. My FPS drops from 50 to 30 I do have all graphic related sliders off or on low.

I see pure worse results on UI FPS (irresponsible) all in space or in station. Too much clicks for doing single action just because 1st click does nothing.

FFS where we will get information about all behaviour changes in new UI? It is important, really is.

Reporting same problem with alt character, main logs in correctly.

I had the same issue as this, it seems that its related to leaving the Notepad open or "rolled up". To get around this was to clear the settings folder (which does kill all your settings inc. overview etc.!).

Bug report submitted with log.

- when running multiple accounts FPS fall if you start to lock more when 2 targets.
For example, when you switch on other window and start to lock 7 targets, your FPS fall to 2-5-6 FPS.
I can't imagine that will be if I will fly to fleet around 20-30 ships...cos now on mission I have FPS around 5 sometimes, and before patch it was 50 on multiple accounts.
Only one good thing in this patch - windows always work, it's true it work on 2-3 FPS but work, and in last patch in same situation window not responding for 30-60 seconds.

After patch CPU overheat to 95 degrees, and before last patch it was 78-80 and it work for nothing, cos FPS only worse in this patch.


- If you lock few targets by CTRL+mouse button - your ship start to aproach target without your order.

P.S.:
Nice Carbon engine...you get speed when you dont need it (your ship start to run away when you lock targets) and you don't get speed when you need it (Fall FPS when you start to lock many targets)
It's not Carbon - it's Metal Scraps engine!

P.P.S: I have Clevo, Core 2 Duo 2.8Ghz, Nvidia 285M GTX and I don't want to upgrade only for this trash patch!

Every time i open my map, (takes 5min to load the map)
the loading bar gets stuck when it reached its full potential...

Only dissapears when u pres escape, althou, when u do this u regain control over your normal UI
but you still keep looking at the map, (yes i can stil use the map and click on stars) whilst im doing a haven or so...

This is only fixed by me relogging every time afteri openen my map to clear my screen back up...

Bug or new feature?
"Buy/Sell item" windows do not have focus on "Buy/Sell" buttons. This new "feature" makes selling, lets say 200 or more items, clickfest nightmare. Please fix this (add a shortcuts to "Buy/sell item" commands and put a focus "Buy/Sell" buttons).

Confirmed. PITA when managing inventory, especially PI customs hanger. Stupid human trick painful workaround: If you click the item first to gain focus, you can then do an additional shift-click-drag to split the stack.

Ok, so after reading most (honestly, most of them) of the posts concerning the hotkeys, I did a bit of playing around. Not all hot keys are affected, however those commands that directly interact with the Overview or the Selected Item window seem to be messed up.

Previously, I had my G13 programmed to force focus on the overview window (ALT Spacebar?), then activate the command (we'll use Orbit). This way, whatever overview item I had selected previously would become the focus, then the orbit command would execute. Now, the overview still becomes the focus, but it loses track of the highlighted item. The following orbit command has no direction, so it fails. Same with all the other icons (jump, warp to, align, etc.). Hotkeys that do not require direction from the overview don't seem to be affected.

Seriously... How could this be? So many different crashes in so many areas? With all my respect, CCP are you sure that this is not some kind of sabotage? I know these thoughts seem disturbing, but it's easy to have them looking at all these complains...

I really hope that there is something minor that should be fixed - I mean how could things go so wrong since every piece is thoroughly tested?

well for my IT course work the design stage is supposed to be done at the end of the project, at least ccp dont do that...

didnt read 18 pages sorry ccp, stuff that go nuts:

I tryed to fit a module using the fitting window, when i tryed to drag module my ships window and fitting screen and icon for module i was dragging all got caught up and as i moved the mouse it twiched all over the place, i managed to fraps this for lolz, ccp eve mail me if you want a link.

After moving a window and then selecting somthing else on the other side of the screen, upon new click the window you just moved snaps back to the cursor

capactior hud has a shadow that makes it look off center and the colours are far less vibrant and harder to notice at a glance like before, tho this is sort of a known issue now.

the rest of the stuff i noticed was on the first posts known issues.

That two epic fail patches for CCP in the same release cycle. Seriously I'm not usually one to complain much about new development but this is just f*ing ridiculous. The game is virtually unplayable, again, thanks to so much of it being b0rk3d. The sad thing is that the majority of the problems being expressed here *were already visible problems on the test servers*. You knew these were going to be issues and yet you pushed out the crappy patch anyway? Why?

I'm being serious here. How do you expect us to believe you'll have anything but a disaster release come June 21st if you can't even manage to deliver an interim patch that is worth delivering in the first place? And, as others have indicated, we'd really like to know how the Carbon UI framework affected T3 ship direction on the client (sadly, they still flew forwards to everyone else - otherwise then I could have forgiven you for the sheer funny of watching people fly around backwards). Also, now that I can no longer run multiple clients because this was a use case CCP failed to take into consideration, again, on another patch (go figure), how soon can we expect a patch for this patch to patch the crappy patch and deliver something that actually works? Dare I say I'm not expecting many fixes before CQ hits, and then I'm expecting things to be much, much worse. Nevermind the fact that it takes 3x as long to dock now because of the new environment.

Ok, required b*tching and complaining section is over. Fix the mess, CCP. And fix it quickly. I run 5 accounts and getting to use them only one at a time will surely send me packing.

That is the big issue in all of CCPs patches/updates imo. It is absolutely pointless having a test server for people to point out bugs and then ignoring them. Its like a test pilot flying a new passenger jet telling you that the engines occasionally cut out, and you doing feck all about it until the plane is in the side of a mountain.

You can try an uninstall and re-installation of the EVE client. I suspect after you re-download and install, you should be able to log on again. Unfortunately, this fix only works for about 23 hours, then you'll have to uninstall and re-install. On the bright side, this DT error happens about the same time every day, so it makes it easy to fit into your schedule... Laughing
