The new skill books are deposited in the station where your character's medical clone is located... which used to be IIRC displayed at the top of your character info in the Neocom; however now it just displays home system but omits station info.

My only peeve is regarding the change made to how the Fleet window pops up now. Having it display the Fleet Finder upon cold launch from the Neocom is fine, having it do this when you've either just sent out your first invite or having joined a fleet is not. I'm already in a fleet at this point and logically the first info I'd like to see in the Fleet window is info about the fleet I've just joined.

Your mission is New Frontiers 1/7, which is a series. It has kill missions in the series, so it looks like they made the whole series kill rather than mining.

R&D agents research points reflected in the Journal listing change upwards by a few points when the agent's show info window is brought up.

In my particular case, the value changed from 113.4 RPs / day to 115.x RPs / day. Screenshots available for proof. Tested across 2 / 5 of my agents and I expect the behavior to be the same across the other three agents.

Also, I thought that R&D agents were to be left untouched with this patch. All of my R&D agent RPs are now the same rather than according to their [former] agent quality-affected levels. My misunderstanding or a bug?


My guess is this is working as intended. If you remove agent quality entirely and instead make them all +20 by default, as stated in the patch notes, you'd have to do the same with research agents. Explains why all your agents are now giving the same RPs/day.

Makes complete sense, but I was going on Navigator's brief post about R&D Agents going unchanged.

Well after years of playing I got my first error after the update.

Your character has repeatedly failed loading on the server. This indicates a fault and support personnel need to be notified. Please file a petition.

I have a complaint about the changes to the manufacturing window. I use various BPOs and BPCs with varying PL levels and I schedule my production jobs to finish at a particular time. I often have to adjust the number of units I'm building to get the best timing. There used to be a "cancel" button that allowed you to go back and select a different amount of units to build after I could review how much build time the amount I chose would take. now there is only a "close" button and i must go back to the BP and start the manufacturing process over again. please turn the "close" back into "cancel"(aka "go back").

The new broadcast system is pretty painful. It has added an extra click every time I get into fleets. I need to tell it broadcasts only. This is what the majority of fleets care about. I don't know what you guys were thinking when you made this change, but it's a serious annoyance and a step backwards...

Social > Criminal Connections (3x) lvl 2 : SP 3,243/24,000

This is still showing on the Character Sheet.... and in my home station, I now have 2x Mining, 3x Security and 2x Distribution skillbooks.

While I am glad that the majority of the SP for these skills has been returned (I rarely do missions anymore), not reimbursing the Criminal Connections skillbook seems.... broken ? :p

I also can see a glut of the new skillbooks hitting the market across the cluster soon(tm), along with the massive price hikes associated with a new resource being made available.

Criminal Connections isn't like the other Connections skills (which just increase LP rewards for missions). So, it makes sense it wasn't affected by the change.

Criminal Connections improves your standings, like Connections and Diplomacy.

No, that is exactly what it should be. Check if you have any other rank 1 skills trained to level 4, you will see that they have 45,255 skill points. Or you could calculate what it should be RoundUp( 250 * 2 ^ ( 5 * (4-1) / 2) ) = 45,255.

I have only read the dev posts in this thread so I apologize if it has been posted before:

- When doing invention (and probably any kind of S&I jobs), the confirmation screen doesn't have focus, so it's impossible to just press Enter to confirm the job. Instead I have to use the mouse to click on Accept Quote which gets very tedious quick.

- In that same confirmation window, when I click somewhere on the screen and then press Enter, the loading bar never disappears even when the job is successfully installed. I have to press Escape to make it go away.

- This is an older bug that's been around since Incursions 1.3 if I remember correctly: When starting an S&I job in space from the Corporation window->Assets->Right-click on the BPO->Copying the client gets stuck on a loading bar that never goes away. I have to press Escape to make it disappear. Then I need to relog because the client won't be able to copy that BPO directly from the corp hangar in station. After restarting the client, I can make a copy directly from the station, but trying to do the same from the corporation window will "lock" the client again.

Duvolle Labs has NO Level 4 Combat agent, but has 4 distribution level 4 agents.

T3s can no longer be bridged with the covert ops jump portal. This is very annoying. Nothing in the patch notes so assume this isnt intended? (Yes cov ops sub is fit - worked fine last week!)

You might want to read the blog. Not all social skills were taken out, only some of the more specialized. If you didn't have one of those types trained (many people didn't) then of course there is no change.

Ship fittings are still limited to the 50 server-side saved fittings rather than the promised 50 server-side + X client-side XML file-based fittings from Incursions 1.4. Just tested this in-game.

We're looking at another example of team BFF making things worse instead of better. Holy crap, maybe the Thousand Papercuts project was a really bad idea since they only seem to be able to bat a 1 of 10. WTB devs that don't break stuff for giggles.

The listed requirements for agents NOT available to you all states -2.0 personal, corp or faction standing.
In the back-end the correct calculation is being done, since I'm still limited in agents even when my standing is above 0.

I have learned cyno 5 specially for this and learn BO too, but now it useless trash. BO was absolutely useless ships before this patch and now it's real metal scraps. I not wonder thay in EVE we have more TITANS when Black Ops.

And now I will leave EVE too like other old players cos it start to be absolute trash.

When you warp on mission gate in fleet or jump trough it - client crash.

Thank you CCP - we could play without this bug only 2 month, and you crash the game again. We cry 10 month to repair this bug and in February patch you have repaired it.
And now this bug is back!
Awesome patch! Idiots.

In last patch before this you have back bug with T3 ship, so when T3 ship jump to system gate, nearby ships usually crash when T3 appear on overwiev, and you have repaired this bug in February patch too, but now in last patch it's back again. And now back bug with acceleration gates again...

How long OLD bugs return to us in new patches?!
And how many times?!

I start my current (old) client after a night of "furious" playing and it tells me that there is a patch available and asks if I want to download it, of course I want, I said and I start patching 1.5 and...
Please visit your user settings to re-enable images.
I can't login anymore.
I download and patch 1.5 manualy with the same result.
What should I do?
Because I'll not pay anymore your game if I would not be able to play it you know that, don't you?

I have an issue with the changes to agents. My corp has been set up in Yarebap for months because we could use the lvl 4 surveillance agent that was mostly combat missions. The agent has now been changed to distribution and the closest lvl 4 combat agent seems to be 13 jumps away.. Now we have to relocate our entire office and corp hangar for the next few days, instead of playing eve.. Why was a mainly combat agent changed to transport is beyond me.. and yes i'm a bit ****ed off because I feel like we should have been warned ahead of time...

I had a strange one earlier. A Lai Dai level II agent who used to be Production division but is now Distribution offered me mining mission. Unfortunately I just declined and carried on. I can provide the agent name and station later if it helps.

I second that. I do appreciate that you can refresh the job (and thus buy/stock up stuff that are needed to get the job done), but being unable to play with the amount of units in really not helpful.

Yeah I find this a bit tiresome as well. Im some cases you may want to reduce the number being produced than source the extra materials. This requires starting over as opposed to before where you went back a screen and changed quantity

I had no problems downloading the patch at all. My issues are regarding the skill points which we were reimbursed for the skills that were removed. I paused my training and applied my points to a skill. Of the 1,750,000 points that I had to spend it only took 1,680,000. After I accepted the points to be applied I heard a beep and all my points disappeared. Also, the remaining points that I should have had left over disappeared as well. The skill did not update as it still shows that is level 4 and not 5 which it should be. However, when I check history it has my skill listed there with the note: "skill points applied".

Obviously this is a bug. I wasn't sure if was client related so I did the same thing on another character using a different computer.....same thing happened.
