Dear Mr. Galente,
Your closing citation creates a picture of spiritual beauty and peace. It is strong poetry from a good tribe I am sure. I will take its sentiment with me into the vastness and dangers that await. Thank you.

Ston and I sat in our respective captain's quarters this evening and charted out some ideas for months ahead. Here are a couple issues...
1. The fight for abolition will require patience. When the raucous is over and the issue ceases to be of significance to some, we must keep it significant to the Disciples and not abandon it. Persons in slavery; that is what it is about.
2. Simplification. Ston is trashing most of the old manual. Why? It was a micro-managed nightmare (his words not mine) He is re-writing it to reflect simple values. Possible future members will be more free to train skills and fly advanced equipment while remaining strictly non-violent. People will be our focus. We are moving away from the old MO of petty theft; not forbidding it, but not focusing on it at all. I quote Ston on this one, "The Disciples are no longer eager to do anything that hastens the pulling of the trigger, even at ourselves."
3. We need to listen as well as speak. We need to temper zeal with patience. Disciple types do not always do this well.

The Disciples of Ston will be logging our work together beginning 9/5 when the new forum is opened and the old is locked into read only. Unfortunately, the continuity of recent issues will be lost. On the positive side, we can comment on each other's post in greater proximity while logging our own work. This is more efficient. We hope that someday new pilots will join as members. A central portal in one main thread will help train and integrate any new pilots.

Here's a thought for ye, could ye nay just quote the topics that be primary importance to ye and copy 'em o'er to the new forum to maintain continuity?

I received the notice of war declaration from Concord today. I will try to stay clear of Ms. Goodman.

This is probably my last entry here is all goes well on the new setup.

My training regimen has been altered because the the generosity of Edaine Numenor. 60,000 LP's and 60,000,000 ISK to equip me with all five standard cyber learning implants. This means that the bulk of my training will take less time. SO first, I am workin on the first four levels of my implant skill so I can use the gift.

Thank you Edaine. I will try to use them well.

This extended time of training is a blessing in disguise. It will afford me the opportunity to stay in the Rens neighborhood and work on star mapping and interacting with local pilots. I will start in Frarn.
