I want someone to create an automated php payment processor for processing eve isk, using pheal.
I will only use this tool for web hosting.
I want people to be able to use the end product directly from me by signing up for an account.
I need it to be in the t.o.s. that it can only be used for CCP approved services/items.

As for the price I am willing to pay, make me an offer.
Keep in mind if it is too high I will have to pay it in smaller installments.

The following is basically what I want.
  1. Allows billing/invoicing systems to add a purchase to a list

  2. This panel checks every hour for the purchases in the list.

  3. If this panel finds a purchase from the list, it sends a message to the script that added the purchase to the list saying it has been found.

Hi,

This can work, but because of the way the API is setup, this has to be divided in 2 things.

1;
The webpage you will use with your products that people can add to their carts, and potentially buy by using their APi details to verify they are EVE players.

2;
The script that will run hourly to check the API for payments made by those potential customers, and whether that is correct, do a certain action (give them the product, add 30 to their hosting account, or some other random thing you like).

Paypal however, is a bank. People create an account, get an account number deposit, withdraw funds from it.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "automatically processing loteries". If you want to host loteries on your webpage, you will have to manually send the ISK to the winners. With the upcoming API changes (if not implemented already), this can be made a tiny bit simpler; You can make a javascript button that when you click it, ingame popup will appear for cash transaction to a certain player with a certain amount. However, you still need to click the OK-button before it's transferred.

If you rather prefer not to release details on this forumthread, I'm also available ingame on this character.

You forgot the most important detail:

How much are you willing to pay for this?

I hope you two are still checking this thread.
I assumed anyone willing to do this for me would give me a quote of how much it would cost.
The "Like PayPal" part means I want other eve people to be able to sign up for the end product on my site and use it without me having to give them their own copy.
The lottery part can be ignored as I no longer want it in the script.

I might have have to pay for the script it installments.

I'm currently not in a position to build this, but you can count on it costing at least (well, if I were to build it anyway) a few, maybe even tens of billion ISK.

As I see it, you specs are at this moment quite a bit to vague to actually give a more specific guess. What do you aim to accomplish using the payment processor? What do you want people to pay for?

I will be using it to automate eve isk payment processing for web hosting.

Interesting. So the only thing you would be needing would be an interface to see who paid a certain amount of ISK this month/year to a certain 'webhoster' character?

That is, I'm assuming you're not talking about fully integrating this with a webhosting control panel like directadmin, cpanel or the like.

Actually, I want a panel that...
1) Allows billing/invoicing systems to add a purchase to a list
2) This panel checks every hour for the purchases in the list.
3) If this panel finds a purchase from the list, it sends a message to the script that added the purchase to the list saying it has been found.

Still not sure what it is you're looking for.

Are you looking for something that will check to see if someone has payed you for a service you provide, checking the character name and the amount and comparing that to the amount need to continue with the service?

For example, you might offer web hosting for 30mil a month. You want something to check to see if everyone has payed you 30mil for the month or not?

You have been fairly vague as to what you want done, either that or you don't know how to articulate your idea into writing...

Let me try to be more articulate.
I want a script that can be used with billing systems via an api.
Basically what I want done is...
Someone buys item x at y site.
y site sends data to this script with the needed info
1) eve character name of buyer
2) eve isk price of product
3) A generated reason code for the purchase
4) eve api of seller
5) character name of seller
6) IPN url ofr billing script
This script tells buyer to pay the seller the amount of isk specified from the buying character specified
Then this purchase is added to a cronjob list of purchases to check for.
If/When this script finds a listed purchase is paid for correctly, it sends the billing script an IPN message.

Just getting the data to see if you are payed or not isn't that hard. You won't even need the API keys from your buyers, because you can see if someone payed you in your "Wallet Journal", so you'll only need your own API key.

It's integrating this into the rest of your website (webshop?) that's most of the work. I'll be willing to take a look at this for you, I'll be cheap (Just starting out with EVE, so a lot of isk for me might be not so much for you). I can prove that I can work with the API and php.
