I'm a wormhole dweller and I've just gotten a tengu. What I'd like to do with it beside covert pvp is running sites or in our static. I figure I can't pimp it out to run them solo, so I'm wondering if it's possible to spider tank a tengu fleet and run c4 sites with maybe 2 or 3 tengus. This is a fit I've come up with.

[Tengu, Wh noncloaky RR tengu]
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System
Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System
Capacitor Power Relay II
Power Diagnostic System II

Invulnerability Field II
Invulnerability Field II
Caldari Navy Photon Scattering Field
Cap Recharger II
Federation Navy 10MN Afterburner

Heavy Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Heavy Missile
Large S95a Partial Shield Transporter

Medium Capacitor Control Circuit II
Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I
Medium Capacitor Control Circuit II

Tengu Defensive - Adaptive Shielding
Tengu Electronics - Dissolution Sequencer
Tengu Engineering - Augmented Capacitor Reservoir
Tengu Offensive - Accelerated Ejection Bay
Tengu Propulsion - Fuel Catalyst

While depending 100% and not having any buffer tank I'm a bit afraid it's going to be alphad by those pesky battleships. however, these tengus do have high resists and fast locking times, so I'm pretty sure the RR chain could be running within second of dropping in. Also, the second they drop in they can start speed tanking by orbiting eachother, which will seriously hinder the sleeper battleships' dps. This fit have pretty high dps, 588 with all levels at 5, which I believe will be more than enough. This fit is also stable, so unless we're being neuted this spider chain wont be broken.

Should I maybe add some buffer at the expense of RR?

[EDIT]

Maybe this fit is to prefer?

Higher DPS, 18min stable (practically stable, bursting is the way to go anyway) lots of buffer, no speed tank.

Allow me to tell you how badly you fail by pointing out one single sentence.

you'd think wh's wud attract the best of the carebears. but to answer the question. doesn't really matter if you get neuted just use other two tengus rep. forget faction mods, just go t2. not going to post a fit, theres plenty rr tengu fits on battleclinic.

also boosting ferox, vulture, tengu wud be worthwhile

Unsure if you've done any WH before after the neuts were corrected but your tengus will be capped dry in a very very fast amount of time in a C4.

I usually fly c4 sites with battleships, and I havn't noticed them nueting anyone else than their primary target. Nor have I seen this in incursions.

You don't need an afterburner. The shield transporter only has a short range.

You will die with active hardeners if you get neuted. One Guardian will completely drain your capacitor. Two will do it almost instantly.

Each wave can neut 2-3 ships.
