I set up an instance of Jercy Fravowitz's perl script at "http://cache.evecord.com"

To use it you would change the settings for EVEMon, etc to use http://cache.evecord.com as the API provider or API base URL.

I'm using it for a personal project, but given the low-low load it adds, I'm happy to share since there don't seem to be too many good options out there right now.

EVEMon also can use:

EVSCO service (http://api.evsco.net/) seems to be discontinued.

Happy to add your service to the list.

api.evsco.net isn't discontinued ;)
if it was, none of our own api features would even work.

once you access http://api.evsco.net without adding anything else, it redirects you to the eve-id wiki, but if you add something to it say: http://api.evsco.net/Character/

It passes it onto the CCP API Wink
