Downloaded the update today, and it works great.

I have to be doing something wrong. I just installed the app, and I can't get it to import my iClone contacts, which work with iClone.

It keeps aborting with the error message "Network Error Reason: Bad URL, Please check your network connection or try again later."

Any ideas?

I've had no problem installing the app and loading my character, but it tells me i have an empty wallet and no transactions. When i refresh I get a "Cached error message: Security level not high" error.

Looks like a very useful app though!

Love the app! I have a question.
does the market data tracked in the app (daily,weekly,monthly) get backed up thru itunes?

I'll be getting a new phone soon and would hate to loose that history!

I use this tool everyday and really like it. Can we donate ISK to you or does that cause issues with the new stuff CCP did?

Oh, look, another page of answers... had missed that, sorry.

Aurora: hate to disappoint you, but I'm rarely in the game, spent way too much time with the development tools instead of the game itself.

Yinmatook: Hmm, not really. Have you tried to manually enter the user ID and API key (you can copy and paste the key from the address book)?

chow meign and Stamaticus: if you could export your transactions (use the export function in the app), then use iTunes to copy the .evetrader file to your machine, and then email me the exported file to evetrader@gmx.de, so I could try to run the program with your data. I have not managed to reproduce this behavious so far. Only drawback is that I would see all your transactions, so if you consider that a secret, this won't work.

Bayard Carpathi: I surly hope so, but it's hard to tell, since checking the contents of an iTunes backup is a bit difficult. If you want to be sure, export your data in EVE Trader, then connect your phone to your machine, start iTunes, go to the Apps tab on the iPhone page, scroll down until to the bottom, select Eve Trader in the applications list and then drag the exported .evetrader files to your desktop. It contains all transactions and can be used to restore them, should the internal database become corrupted somehow.

Emmott Laduko: I hope your error disappeared after a while? If not, make sure you are using your full API key, not the limited one.

Have downloaded your app and seem to be having one heck of a time. Have read this forum, your FAQ at the website, yet can't seem to get an account to load up properly. What I have tried:

-I have Iclone, using import to addressbook on the iclone contact doesn't work.
-I have made a separate contact with the same formatting, nothing.
-I have regenerated my full api key and still nothing
-I have tried this with both my accounts, nothing
-I have tried to input in manually, nothing

All I get with all these methods is the following message:

Network error, Authentication Failed... please check the account information and try again.

Same here. Please fix whatever needs fixing - looks like a great app for traders!
