Why would you want Warhead Upgrades to IV and Heavy Missile Specialization to V while Warhead Upgrades does 2% more damage to all missiles and effectively gives a little more damage than 2% ROF if you also consider reloading times? And they're both Rank 5?

are you realistically going to cook your mods enough to warrant strat cruiser 5? Its only a heat reduction bonus...not cooking them often don't need it past the level to fly the ship imo.

Or if you will cook your mods chuck in thermodynamics 4 as well (5 if motivated). Want 25% heat reduction, may as shoot for the easy 20% of thermo 4. Not sure if it gets a stacking penalty, if not, 45% you can cook mods for quite a while. Want 50%, train thermo 5 ofc

Reload not as bad as it seems to be...imo anyway. Only 10 seconds. Ammo planning if into switching t1 and t2 ammo (pve I reserve fury for BC and above, t1 for below) limits pita factor of reloads. OR worst case...run a "wrong" ammo. For me if a spawn has 1 bs and I know next wave has frigates....I'll slum it with t1 ammo for the bs.

Or can cheat with faction if you spending isk and lp (fleet and personal preference for pvp is faction...for human targets, fc says come on in drakes and hit the pos for some mod km ho'ing, I had some plain ole vanilla t1 ammo for that).

Also look at train times. War upgrade is like 18 days maxed perc/will. Rapid launch and offensive 5 (for the acc. ejection sub) trains in like 13 days. From a time standpoint....better train imo as well. PLus if op goes pvp...higher rof works well with rocket kestrel/hookbill/hawk (not like the extra 2% dps will hit the full 2% unless target web down like a mofo). I think anyway.
