I know I should get some of those Capital skills to 4 but I have millions of SP from learning skills and am not opposed to a little off cycle training.

Anything else I definitely need and am forgetting?

Assuming you will get into a capital:

Jump Fuel Conservation

Current: level 3
Minimum accepted for fleets: level 4
Best: level 5

I believe you are thinking of jump drive calibration. Jump fuel conservation is a largely "meh" skill and is quite fine at 3.

Looks pretty good on the whole, got a few nice things you could get.

* Improve your rigging skills, so you can at least plug in T2 CCC's, maybe get armor rigging IV too.
* Consider getting capital remote hull reps.
* Maybe improve nanite paste skills, if you damage capital mods without a station nearby, it's already stupidly expensive to repair them. This will depend on your circumstances though.
* Get Biology to at least IV and consider getting the advanced drug skills. I know it saved my carrier once.

Other than that, like you said you ought to get the capital skills to IV, looks like you're heading for an Archon so if you're going to triage you'll want at least capital remote repair to IV.

What rigs will you be using? Enabling t2 rigs, or at least reducing downsides to rigs, by training up the relevant mechanic skills to IV, may be useful.

Also, Thermodynamics V.

Any specific rigging skills recommendations besides Jury Rigging and armor rigging for the Archon? I'll get both of those up to 4.
