As the subject header says. The following are now "fixed":

#14282 Eve Online in windowed mode has additional black borders

#19202 eve online 100% cpu usage (frame rate limiter is not limiting anything)

#25865 EVE Online crashes if a character portrait requests fails

Wine 1.13.14 Announcement

Nice to see several EVE related issues getting zapped in one release!

Actually, #19202 and #25865 were fixed before 1.3.14, but only now marked closed by WINE maintainer, Alexandre Juillard.

Still, good to know WINE devs are actively plugging holes related to EVE.

Could the frame rate limiter mentioned here be the reason that when I try to run EVE on wine 1.2 (from synaptic package manager, Linux Mint 9, 64-bit), my frame rate seems capped at 30 FPS?

I tried a huge number of different settings, but no matter what I do, frame rate (at its best) seems to be 30-35. (Note: When I minimize the client desktop, frame rate goes up to 60 where it should be. Funny thing being that the client is still being rendered in this state, so I don't know why frame rate improves at all.)
