The update was downloaded but it failed verification indicating that the file is corrupt. Would you like to download the file again?

You will not be able to enter the game until you download the update.

I've tried multiple times to get this to work.. but the new update won't patch. Was working earlier today; something new came out and now it won't load. and yes I even tried the launcher.

Yeah, file a petition on the test server where they specifically tell us not to put up petitions... good call.

"Access to the Singularity server is a bonus and as such CCP does not extend customer support for the test server. The game masters are only dealing with petitions filed on, and related to, the Tranquillity server. Please do not file petitions on Singularity as they will not be dealt with."

The patching process fails because the patch hasn't been uploaded to CCP's servers yet. It's been that way since it was updated at 3:55 this morning.

I wouldn't be suprised if that number was all CCP (Testers, Devs doing checks trying to get things to work, find problems etc before next patch on live).
