From http://www.eveonline.com/pnp/banning.asp

...

1. EXPLOITS

An immediate permanent ban of an account may result if:

* a. Investigation shows that a player has employed the use of an exploit tactic despite a public announcement being made to alert players they will be banned for using it.

So when IT reported us for exploiting when we put up TCUs before extended downtime, wern't they themselves made aware of the fact that said exploit was being ruled as an exploit when CCP removed our TCUs and warned us?
-- YES!

So when IT today purposely acted KNOWING this was an exploit isn't that as close as f*cking possible one can come to breaking the rule mentioned above?
-- YES!

So will we see the players involved banned?
-- Your move CCP.

Why would a dev ban their own alliance?

Did you petition it, or do your alliance only know how to run to the forums and cry?

Hello everyone. SBUs found violating the rules regarding extended downtime were removed; thank you for the petitions with information regarding this incident. Remember that in the event something happens along these lines the best thing to do is file an exploit petition with information about the situation and where itís taking place. Take care and fly safe everyone.

This isn't about the SBUs.
This is about wether or not CCP will folllow their own rules regardless of who did what.
The SBUs were removed and that part of this story is resolved.
What ISN'T resolved on the other hand is the rightful punishment for the crime, and THAT'S what this thread is about.

What do you want a fanfare and a public execution? CCP don't publicly announce banned accounts, so I still don't get what you're trying to do apart from draw attention to yourself as the bleating forum whiners (that you are so proud of being).

/edit Useless Alt post, as I'm not ninja-leet at forum posting.
