It *IS* reported already, call me spammer, but I would like to emphasize that you MUST fix asap the "neutral colortag no-show" in overview and local.
It is an essential and vital, not just a random, small, decorative feature.
Edit: Should be noted that if you EXCPLICITLY set someone or his corp to Neutral (Add Contact/Add corp Contact, Set Neutral Standing) then Local and Overview correctly display the Neutral Colortag, including the backgroud.

It appears that you can only remotely modify a region wide order if you have visibility trained to 5, otherwise you get "(info) Your current trade skills level only allows you to issue remote orders with range limited to 20 jumps distance from the bound station"
(I have all the relevant skills at 4, and this used to work fine)

Issues I am having after update:
The interface is very sluggish and fps are at an all time low. I even turned down gfx setting from medium to low and it did not help. Heck I even have to wait 5 seconds for the text I type into an input field to show up.
Furthermore I am getting the portraits of every single person in every channel including local and I feel as though this is significantly impacting my client's performance.
Hope this gets fixed soon. |

The computer is not locked up since I tested with caps lock to see indicator light on/off and when I press alt control delete I notice the hdd activity light flicker and my winamp still playing music in background.

which forces me to reboot my pc.
Starting eve and playing works just fine it's just every time I exit it does this. Therefore I have quit trying to play eve cause I do not want to go through this process everytime I log out of eve.

I am having same problem when you try to exit Eve, you hear a windows error sound in background but the eve screen doesn't go away. you can't alt tab or alt control delete or anything with the eve screen stuck on screen. You can move the mouse cursor but that is it. I have to reboot everytime to get out of eve. Windows XP / nvidia vid card latest drivers and all checked out |

I am not sure whether it is a feature or a bug, but for some reason I am doing less damage on sansha rats in providence. My ticks went down from 17-25m to 10-14 in the same anomalies with the same ship and the same fitting (a Nightmare). Did the sansha rats get a resistence boost? Am I the only one with this issue? Or is it just my perception? |

Same. Hitting Ctrl clears them for me. As normally holding down control is even supposed to do exactly that (holding the overview as it is) i suppose it is something with the new shortcuts not really realising that i stop holding cntrl after i have locked something. |

there is an issue with fleet links and bonus's. for example, command ship and fleet member are in same system and in space. fleet member joins the fleet and gets bonus's as normal. fleet member docks and then undocks and the fleet member will no long get bonus's even though the command ship has not moved or done anything. only way to fix is for the fleet member to drop fleet and then rejoin the fleet. i have confirmed the above issue on both TQ and SISI |

^^ same issue here. GPU usage spikes at 50%ish the remains at 0% plus glitches. very very very bad patch. my fsp should be at 60 at all times. now its 30 and below. fix asap. i refuse to play the way it is now specs athlon ii x4 @ 2.9ghz 4gigs of ddr3 amd 6850 |

the only problem i have noticed so far is that damn Alt+Tab that makes the rest of windows really REALLY dark.
the only thing that i have found that gets it back is to exit then restart eve Alt+Tab out and exit from the task bar.
Annoying much?
have not even TRIED the creator yet... (cringe)

No colour tags for neutrals in overview or local channels. No colour backround for neutrals in overviews.
Filling jump bridges does not try to put in the amount missing, instead tries to put the whole cargo load of lo into the bridge. |

Having an issue on my older computer, Incursion splash screen comes up and stays up for an abnormally long time, then disappears and the client fails to load. No error messages, and this computer ran eve fine before 1.1.0. At first I thought my processor, an AMD Turion 64 Mobile, was under the SSE2 problem, but AMD's whitelist for the cpu confirms this is not the case.
Tried running it as admin(XP system) to no avail, and when I try to start the client, a process named "ExeFile.exe" starts to run instead of the eve client. I don't believe it is a virus.
So, at the moment I'm left with a computer that should run eve fine under the new update, but the client won't start up. Anyone have any ideas or similar problems? |

I am using my macbook pro, testing out the new character creator, and clicking only rotates? The previous build I could sculpt, depending on where I clicked. Now, no matter where I click, it just rotates the view.
I'm using the macbook's trackpad if it helps, but it works just like a normal mouse regarding functionality, just no middle button. |

Another issue. I use Mouse 3 for a 3rd Party voice software. Since the patch I can no longer use the push-to-talk button when ingame, but when alt-tabbed to desktop I can use the push-to-talk flawlessly. |

This is exactly what is happening to me. My system is only four years old, and I checked my cpu. I should be able to run the game. |

I'm not sure if this has been raised yet, but has anyone noticed that on most ships, at certain angles it looks like the flames from ship boosters appear to be starting away from the ship and not from the actual ship? I know that it's cool that the ship booster effects no longer clip through solid geometry. But having the flames look like they start in the middle of nowhere is a bit odd. |

there is a issue with the ctrl and click function on the overview because it dont work as well as it did before as you need to click a ship serveral times before you start to lock it while before it was one click and you start locking  |

No Neutrals in Local is annoying. But now local is displaying corp members as red skulls instead of green stars.
On undocking corp members will be green, shortly thereafter they all go red.
Closing/ opening local will fix this for about 10 seconds then they go red again.
Have checked and double checked overview settings, all as it should be.
Has the prioritisation of the overview settings been changed, requiring a re-order?

To the person who found this fix, THANKS! I was one of the ones that EVE would not start. The incursion screen came up for 30 seconds, then nothing. Saw someone post to update your C++. I did it, and EVE runs now. Here is the link for that update:

All I get is an error message that I approved 0.00 ISK while the fee is XXX - but no buttons to accept or deny the fee = you can't send mails with CSPA.

My issue: When i alt-tab out from the game, my gamma settings are getting changed, making the whole screen dark. Also, my fps has been decreased.

Doing pirate invation lvl 4 in a machariel. All my active mods stop working. I tried log off, dock. warp, nothing helped.
Couldn't lock anything in the mission. I tried log off and waited 5 minutes, only found I'm still in mission and deep in structure.
After warping to a safe area,When I press the shield booster or armor repair, it keeps telling me it's already active. But the armor and shield doesn't change at all.
Mods randomly become offline after undocking or jumping through star gates.
And again, this game kept crashing.
Worst patch I've seen.

I am having a major FPS problem.
Yesterday we (in HACs) engaged a Drake/Hurricane Blob (about 60 against 60).
After engaging the enemy my fps went down to nearly ZERO. I switched off all bracket, effects, turrets, missiles, explosions and whatever can be deactivated -> no effect at all. FPS were down to nearly zero.
The cool thing: Interface was still responding nearly normal, Overview was OK and modules were working fine...
The FPS issue started to clear after we got the enemy down to about 10 ships that were fleeing the battlefield.
During looting the FPS were normal again.
During the whole time my CPU cores were only about 70%, whereas the Core 1 was higher then Core 2 all the time.
My PC:
Core2Duo @ 3,2 GHz
4 Gig DDR2 @ 1333MHz
400 Gig Barracuda SATA2
Asus Mainboard
GeForce 8800GTX 1Gig

this^^^ exact same problem, exact same specs. also, I am having some additional graphics issues. I can't see sensor/shield boosters when activated. While tanking a room in a mission, all I see is the damage text screen reporting hits/misses. I see no weapons in space, incoming or outgoing. however, other fleet members are not having these issues. I've un-installed the eve client after a few days with no response to my petition, and am in the process of re-downloading (3 and a half hrs???) and will see if re-installing will fix this.  |
