So I'm on the test server sitting a Concord station looking at the LP store ( You can look at any lp store even if you dont have LP with them, lets hope this change stays ).
What do you expect to find ?
At the top end of the scale 250,000lp & 250,000,000isk buys you a "5.5" implant, at the other end, 2500lp and 25,000,000isk buys you a "1.5".
Example as to the differences, they have nearly all the currently used implants with slight better stats.
If we take what we have on On TQ we currently have the ZET10, 100, & 1000. Concord brings ZET11, ZET110, & ZET1100. They pretty much have every hardwiring with just that little bit extra. The ZET1100 is 6% versus the ZET1000 5%. Again, this is just an example of one implant set, they have nearly all implants sets. No attribute ones.
Also, hidden in this large pool of Implant Hardwirings is some 5 Run BPC's for capital guns & capital parts ( Local and Remote Reps ), META 1 capital parts. Starting at 150,000lp and 150,000,000isk down to 37,500lp and 37,500,000isk.
With the 10 man site I joined in on giving 1008 LP, and taking about an hour, it'll be a while before anyone gets any of these capital parts / ".5" implants.
EDIT, made it clear it was one example.

Honestly they could give us new hulls, something meaningful, we all should protest and nobody should do incursion sites...
The faction capital modules are actually a pretty good step up. They're definitely going on the supercaps.
As to the incursion encounters, I've been hearing that the ten person missions ("vanguard" encounters) can be done a lot faster than an hour. Of course, the problem there is that there might not be that many ten person encounters around to justify putting together a fairly optimized team.
Same problem my corporation had when CCP dried up class 5 wormholes in highsec a couple months after their release. We'd done our homework and fitted ourselves to the teeth for highly-specialized, extremely-profitable wormhole missions... but anything under a class 5 and it was just a waste of money and time. When they went away, we stopped bothering.
