Fixed in this executable : LinkageJust copy it to your main Eve001Tool folder and it should work. |

From here: Originally by: Kethas Protagonist ... Possibly a bug: I think the Advanced Item Options window failed to preserve some "Send restock entries to the log" checkbox statuses when closed and reopened. I'm not 100% sure. I think I added a bunch of items to the IGB list manually (i.e. typing in part of the name, searching, and adding it, instead of querying from my market orders), opened the advanced item window, refreshed the item list from the IGB list, unchecked all the Restock checkboxes, closed the advanced item window, ran Eve001Tool for a while (via the IGB), noticed a restock entry appear in the log, reopened the Advanced Item Options window, and all the items I manually entered - that Eve001Tool had never searched for previously - had "Send restock entries to the log" checked again. If I notice it happen again I'll report it faster while my memory's still fresh. ...
Bug report (using 1.3.0): -Add two items to the IGB item list that I've never added before. -Notice, while scanning, that both items have had their restock prices sent to the log. -Open the advanced order filtering window. Scroll down to the bottom, where the two new items are. Scroll to the right. Neither item has the "Send restock prices to log" checkbox checked. Click OK. -Immediately open the advanced order filtering window again and scroll down. Both items are now checked. Uncheck both, click Apply, click OK. -Immediately open the advanced order filtering window again and scroll down. Both items are now unchecked. -Browse to the two relevant items manually. EVE001Tool's main window updates to show the items but (correctly) doesn't send restock prices to the log. |

Hey Kethas, thank you for this report, I've reproduced the error and I'm working on it ! |

Hey Bom, HUGE Thumbs up to Eve001Tool. First of all, thank you so much for all your help! You've been amazing.
I've got a few questions left over after reading through the whole thread. First, I like the idea of giving more commonly traded items more 'weight', but for someone like me with a cap of 37 orders still, is there a way to turn this feature off? I'd prefer if it just started from the top of the list and scanned to the bottom. It takes less than 5 minutes to scan through the whole list, so its almost pointless for it to double back since it will be too early to change the prices anyway. I tried to make this happen by setting all the weights to 1. That seemed to work for one day, but today its scanning things multiple times before reaching the end of the list again. I'm assuming its self-assigning weight to certain items that it detects changes in more often.
On the same topic, it would be convenient for me if it scanned items in alphabetical order. Right now I believe it searches in whatever order the items were added to the IGB Item list. I edited the Eve001Tool.ini and tried putting the item IDs in order of their item names, but it didn't seem to work 100%. Not sure if it was just because IGB was doubling back in the list today.
My last question is whats the best way of using the log? It seems far less convenient to update an order from the log, than if it was freshly scanned. Ideally, clicking on an item in the log would bring all the info back to the main Eve001Tool window (along with auto-clipboard copying) but thats probably impossible because of the previously discussed cache issue. For sell orders, at least double clicking the price copies it, which is good enough for me. However on buy orders you sort of need to click a few times and highlight the numbers then manually copy (which includes copying the letters 'isk', but luckily thats not an issue, eve doesn't let them in the price window). For now with my 37 orders I like to just watch Eve001Tool as it goes through my items, and I have it set to pause on orders that need updating. However I could imagine as my order cap increases, I would like to switch to letting it scan then updating via the log. So I'd like to hear the most efficient way you use the log. I'm not sure if I'm missing something.
Thanks again for this amazing tool! |

Hi,
I'm having trouble getting the IGB market updating to work. It does say sending: "item" but nothing happens. It does update in the tool when I manually update. Anything I may be missing? |

They haven't implemented it yet and I doubt they will be as rigorous as the dev blog stated first. If they do ask for 100 bucks a year for ppl who only trade in isk, I think all but the most popular tools (EVEmon, EFT) will soon cease to exist :P |

Decisions != Proposal, but don't let me take the wind out of your outrage.
If not for that outrage proposals such as this one wouldn't be being backpedaled on, and hopefully, discarded. I for one am disgusted with the direction CCP is going, but hey, cheerlead on! Thanks for the awesome app Bom! |

It's not decided yet, looks like it was but now it isn't since they'll release another document, this time for true review before the end of summer, instead of implementing the one published in the same time frame. |

None said it was my doing that turned the tide. In fact however hard I try, I don't have enough alts to fill 46 pages in 1 official feedback thread and more pages in other threads. Buy hey, you are the rational thinker, specialized in good points, what do I know. |

What a boon to new(er) traders! I'm happy the playing field has been temporarily leveled. I had a great trading session last night and I had a sneaking suspicion that maybe Eve001Tool wasn't working with Incarna. |

Because goading VV in a completely unrelated thread over an old post reflecting a position that was based on rules that have been abrogated for the time being is an example of good points made in a rational manner! The quality of your ship toasting never ceases to amaze! Please make your own thread and stop shipping up Bom's thread. |

Now, if Akita T would bring up her thread where I posted an estimated subscriptions graph for the future. People told me profanity back then. Ah, it's now 2 months I say in game (and here) I am in some dire litigation with the game makers. The last days disasters (not last the leak off the internal document planning to introduce power aurum items, not just vanity items) are just a facet of the full reality. I am on another - as grievous - facet since May and it's not less painful than the last days events. |
