you do know, most of Null sec is bloody more safe then hi sec?
you are more likely to be ganked in hi sec then low, only couple of low sec systems are camped and those systems are those that are next to hi sec anyway or systems that are next to major alliance hubs.

This is such an irresponsibly misquoted misconception. So long as one is not a tard in terms of his cargo$$$ v. ship quality ratio, high sec is infinitely more safe than low/null sec. Anyone who believes otherwise is quite simply ******ed.

Let me get this straight. I can feel free to use a multi billion ISK Tengu in low sec and 0.0, but I'm stupid for using it in high sec. And this makes high sec safer. Riiiight.

Since CONCORD might not have the resources, it might be a good idea to give CONCORD privileges to all lowsec player-pirates (Ships too! Why should they risk their own ships for policing around?). I saw it in a movie once, desperado was deputized. What could possibly go wrong?

Re-read what you quoted. Cargo value : ship quality. As the ship gets better, this value gets LOWER. He's saying as long as you don't fly around in a T1 industrial with 2 billion worth of cargo in it, you are pretty safe in high sec.

Considering that a Maelstrom can one volley a multi billion ISK Tengu, I'm not seeing the difference. There have been quite a few epic forum whines about this, no less.

FIXED

Fixed your fix. The Maelstrom locks faster (better chance his hardeners are off, he's moving slower), and has more room for tracking computers (better chance of higher damage). Oh, and its got room for 4 sentries instead of 3.
