For T2 ships, remove the "per-level" bonuses for skills that are required at L5 and turn them into Role bonuses

For instance if a Falcon requires L5 Caldari Cruiser, don't say:
"10% Bonus to ECM Target Jammer capacitor use per level"

Instead say:
Role bonus: "50% Bonus to ECM Target Jammer capacitor use."

not much to add to what others already said.
- getting stuck in acceleration gates and scenery/buildings is annoying as hell
- the guns on the battleship hulls need to look bigger
engine trails - its been done before, so the code must be still there somewhere

Some more...

- Please fix the scaling of battleships to carriers, carriers to motherships, and motherships to titans.
- Please improve the AI of the ship colliding in to inanimate objects such as asteroids and gates so that they create a clean path around the object instead of acting ****** to speak.
- Please do something about the current method of notifications. It blocks the middle of the screen and it only displays one notification at a time at a set rate so it skips notifications in between. Opening logs is just a pain...improve it
- Not know exactly when you uncloak is frustrating. Having a notification tell your ship's status would be very helpful.

12. When probing, theres is too much text, probe name, previous signatures I have bookmarked etc, making it difficult to move probes, sometimes even to see probes or current signature I am scanning down. I want to remove ALL text.

13. When probing(solar system map), and I click on a stargate on overview, the camera moves towards the stargate, away from my probes...annoying

14. Total skill-queue time not visible by hovering over Character-button


15. If someone tags rats and you are not on grid, and you warp to grid where the rats are, sometimes you can't see the Tags, which makes tags pointless.

16. When looking at LP store and seeing what an item requires, then buying the stuff I don't have, the store updates. doesn't actually update if I have the items or not. Have to close the LP store and open it up again to actually "buy" the module.

17. Having to login to forums all the time. I want a cookie!

18. An option to turn off ALL blinking of Eve mail and journal, just like Wallet already is. If I just insured my ship, I don't need a mail 2 secs later that I insured my ship. I know already. I was there!

19. Keyboard keys used in-game. Having to come to the forum to ask about how to Target ships, Select all items, Group guns, double-click in space to fly in that direction etc etc = no good. Make a manual or 1-page "cheat-sheet" listing all keyboard commands. Ctrl-click, shift-drag-click, Ctrl-A. These are essential for everyday piloting. List can be made longer. Right now they are undocumented commands AFAIK.

It would be awesome to have overview tabs retain their own sorting. Right now, if you sort your overview by a particular column (like distance), it sorts every tab. I'd like to, for example, have my PVP tab sorted by name, my drones tab sorted by distance, my POS tab sorted by type, etc and have them remember that setting. As it is you have to manually change the sorting every time you change overview tabs.

While probing, you should be able to click on the red/yellow/green dot of a cosmic sig and have your camera snap to it just like you can on celestials.

I would love the ability to set a keyboard shortcut to launch drones.
Launch the first 5 or 20 in my drone bay.
If I don't want certain ones launched I will put them in a sub folder(s) and launch those the right click way.

I dislike a notification telling me I can only launch blah blah many, don't care, launch what I can. (remove or allow me to suppress the message)

And definitely would like to switch training without having to log in the other character just to press pause.

Cyno effects and engine trails need to return, ccp said their art team was working on it but that was sometime after apocrypha was released.

- new assambeld Secure Container has as standard Item Lock enabled, make Unlock as Standard.

Its a pain in the ass when you wipe your catch or your Corp moves to other Station to change every Container pack to unlock.

When I want to view the probes from a side elevation, why does it not tilt from a rough centre point of the probes instead of some random point which causes them to disappear from view

With right mouse button you can move the Map View center freely in Space. To recenter it on a Probe just click on the Probe name.

Allow smartbomb grouping. (I'm not even a pirate, ffs) ...or is there some divine reason why this should not be allowed? Quite possible that I have missed that one.

Bonus sector: keep-alive service.

Some of us (cough, cough) have reaally crappy service, and lose the connection if there is no need to send data for while. Now it's "help" channel that helps, but configurable once a 5 sec ping on the background would be superb. ...yes yes, minority complaint from the less fortunates. I can hear "get a proper connection!" messages already Wink

The Eve map:

* I have to in there to clear all way points.
* Route planning,, I have to set routes to find the number of jumps to key systems. If I wanna just go those places every so often why not tell me all the time how far they are away ?
* The in ability to focus in closer to a location,, just a bit more please.
* The fact when you look at stations that bloody side window opens up and stays there as your move ur mouse up the window overlaying and making the whole display a mess.
* The fact I can hardly see a lot of text in Eve,, increase the font size already to 14 or 18.

EVE map scale:

With all the recent starmap upgrade in Dominion, with tiles and all, I still can't show even an approximate grid overlay in lightyears on the star map. ATM I can guess by using skills that have ranges to light up stars < a fixed range (ie PI or jumping), or I have to go to a third part route planning site (even if I am not planning a route!)

Can't the computer show a LY grid overlay option for the star map, radial circles round where I am, and popup the distance in ly when I move the pointer over a system, when the grid is showing? Sort of like a grid + tactical display plus rollovers.

I know the map has thickness, but that is only a big error for close systems and the rollover fixes that. Make the grid lie on the galactic plane so when the map is unflattened it zooms around coolly!

Here's mine.

1. Naming of all POS modules
2. No mixed drone types in groups - I want a EW drone pack pre-loaded
3. Pinned windows still getting bumped out of the way / moving about
4. No drone damage indicators when in drone bay
5. lack of 'affected by' information on items - page that tells you what skills affect that module
6. inability to allow alliance access to POS modules even though they have access to the POS
7. Items that can't be scanned down. Think bubbles, cans, wrecks etc etc
8. Pointless deep space probes
9. POS fuel pellets idea that is win not yet being done
10.All the engine trails and effects ones that everyone else said already.

1. When zooming the camera in tight on the ship. Could the camera move to the front of the ship instead of going up the rear thruster. Has always annoyed me.

2. The UI, while better than the original, still does not look like something you would present to a person that has a interface cable in their neck that goes straight to the brain. Something more HUD like would seem appropriate.

in other words: Jump lines should never touch a star they are not actually connected to, when the map is flattened

Things that annoy:

*The fact that when you are cloaked, you can't right click on your ship.
*Having to Exit the client to log on an alt
*Having to manually pause and unpause skill training when a) clone jumping b) setting a skill training on another character or c) installing an implant
*Not being able to arrange items in assets and corp assets by range
*Not being able to easily set weypoints to more than 10 locations, and have them optimise
*When you get a notification it can be hard to find it; the list seems to re-order itself when you load them

Which wouldn't really bother me if:

* Active modules would occupy any slots to the left "vacated" by passive modules when "Hide passive modules" where enabled. And/or

* Having to scroll through hundreds of BPOs to pick a needle when doing remote manufacturing/research (a major subset of the S&I interface annoyances).
* Some structures don't scale believably with the supposedly huge ships. Parabolic dish as large as a BS !? Come on.

* Items locking when a transfer into a secure container is done too fast or under lag. You have to Ctrl-A and select unlock to stack those items.
* Having to open People & Places to do bookmarks in space. a) wrong place to group navigation BMs under b) the general unwieldyness of the whole process leaves a lot to be desired
* .01 isk in the corp wallet division that simply refuses to die, thus leaving a wallet with 0.1 isk balance.

* Station exits with station structures directly with the warp path to a stargate, results in the inevitable repeated bumping. Want an example? Amarr Oris Emperor Family undock -> Ashab gate.
* The magnesium flare defying sensor booster graphic effects.
* Having to press Alt key to locate where the bejeebus is your ship in a big fleet, anywhere in space or when cloaked. Give me a coloured squared bracket that can be turned on/off manually.

* The square bracket icons in the overview to denote different ship class. Another case of bad font look alike issue.
* Slider bar for the contacts standing requiring a mouse olympic in precision move.
* Freighter bouncing off stargates when you've warped to them but not jumping through.

* Needing to turn on the Damage Control module. Why not just remove 0.001% ship's cap capacity ala MWD and change to passive.
* Your stationary ship inadvertently moves when you furiously Ctrl+Click multiple targets for lock. We need a goddamn lock speed to 0 (or whatever speed you want to set it to) .. wanna make it easy? Give me a double-click the speed bar to put it in lock mode.
* Calculator is too simple, lacking scientific functions.

* Skills in training not showing the explicit SP/hr figure as per EVEMon.
* The super tiny micro sized session change timer icon -> make it bigger and put some colour into it.
* The lack of disable auto-pilot after each jump option in navigation. Benefits half-afking a freighter to avoid the 15km travel. The current waypoint stops are a little too unwieldy to set up.

When I hold down the CTRL button, the overview should stop updating until I release it.

(Or at least stuff shouldn't move around. If something disappears it could leave an empty row, if something appears it could end up on the bottom of the list regardless of where it's supposed to be sorted.)
