I'd like to see friendly ECCM a different color/effect then ECM.

During some fights its hard to tell who's hitting me with what effect.

Just swap the bar color when it's a friendly effect plus adding a name in there would be nice. No more of this Misc. crap

Sometimes, in the overview, icons will get messed up. I've seen gate icons turn into empty wreck icons on numerous occasions. It drives me nuts when I'm trying to salvage and the gate looks like a wreck on the overview.

I would like to see own chat messages highlighted on some other color than the standard.

When looking away from a fast scrolling chat it can be annoying to find where you were...

Accidental doubleclicks while targeting with ctrl+click causes the ship turn random direction. Also it may be hard to notice and sense the direction where you are going if you are zoomed far away!

I am not sure if this is a minor annoyance tho...

Yes, you can, go to Search tab and write "ship" at String, all your ships get listed. Well, kinda. Some tags also are listed (midshipman insignia etc).
Come to think of it, you are right, just a list of ships would be nice, I need to see it all the time.

12. When probing, theres is too much text, probe name, previous signatures I have bookmarked etc, making it difficult to move probes, sometimes even to see probes or current signature I am scanning down. I want to remove ALL text.

13. When probing(solar system map), and I click on a stargate on overview, the camera moves towards the stargate, away from my probes...annoying

14. Total skill-queue time not visible by hovering over Character-button


15. If someone tags rats and you are not on grid, and you warp to grid where the rats are, sometimes you can't see the Tags, which makes tags pointless.

16. When looking at LP store and seeing what an item requires, then buying the stuff I don't have, the store updates. doesn't actually update if I have the items or not. Have to close the LP store and open it up again to actually "buy" the module.

17. Having to login to forums all the time. I want a cookie!

18. An option to turn off ALL blinking of Eve mail and journal, just like Wallet already is. If I just insured my ship, I don't need a mail 2 secs later that I insured my ship. I know already. I was there!

-quicker UI. I hate when I put a missile launcher on a ship and it takes a couple seconds to fit and activate. Same goes for items.
-Why can't I see the range of my missiles on the tactical display?
-Warping through planets drives me crazy, but I honestly can't think of an alternative.
-I would like the ability to filter my assets or cargo hold.
-LOOT ALL button. That would be awesome. Also, automatically stacking would be nice.
-Highlighting my sell/buy orders and contracts.
-Accepting agent missions remotely would help a lot.
-weapon sound effects. Why don't giant space ship weapons from hell sound like nukes going off? Same with missiles. The sounds are decent but I want to feel the explosions.

HUD Damage Colour

I'd love to be able to choose the colour for the damage bands on the HUD, preferably different colours for shield, armour and hull damage, but even just an option other than red for all would be great.

- the new r-click menues sucks here and there. cancel order right to view market details etc.
- "do you really want to cancel this order" windows would be nice
- i want to see my sell and buy orders highlighted on the market

- all the things said about missiles: look, impact, etc.

- even there is no sound in real space, i like to hear the battle sounds. Turrets firing, ships exploding etc. But i have to hear the station humm or other space background whistling... 2 different sound options for that would be nice.

- not able to sell, reassemble, create contract, with items that are inside a station container ( which i use as directories on my main station )

- Show drone damage
- show when drones get damage/aggro
- faster respond to drones
- perma expand the "drones in space" tab

- be able to sort the assets by m³

* How very small the speed advantage of the claw (speed frigate race) is over the crusader (heavy armour race)
* Weak bonuses to TP, TD, SD on their focused ships.
* TP, what they can do is great but the situations/targets they work in/on don't merrit the use of an focused ship.
* weakness of webs on minmatar focused ships.
* Burst (minmatar mining frigate)
* No (non faction) minmatar BS with more than 8 turrets worth of alpha
* some rigs are clearly and vastly superior, some are near useless (core defense capacitor safegaurd)

But that's more because they're the exception: 3.0 AU/s is the standard speed for a medium- (and large-)sized ship. There are, however, quite a few exceptions to this rule, but they affect particular classes or subsclasses of ships:

Dock ship *session change* Leave Ship *session change* Clone Jump *session change* Enter Ship *session change*.

I understand the point of session change, but some actions which evoke a session change require you to have performed other actions. In such cases, making you sit through 3 or 4 session changes in a row is just cruel and unusual. Why can't certain actions allow their session changes to overlap, with the new one just refreshing the old? Surely the most sensible route would be rather than like now where you can undock under a session change, but not switch ships or clone jump, allow ship switching etc to refresh the session change timer, but not allow undocking under one. End result still the same, but less suffering under multiple session changes when for example switching into the wrong ship and having to switch again.

And following that rant, other niggles:

- Those long pylons on the side of acceleration gates that frequently hang you up on if you land near the 'launching' end and try to use them.

- Minimum window sizes. Why do i have to have certain windows no smaller than certain sizes, and if there is a reason, why is every windows minimum size different.

- Let me completely close the chat section of the local window. Local list good, chat section when in system with a Goon fleet, very, very bad (love you guys really, but christ...).

- Session change on joining fleet. Sure fire way to leave yourself stranded on a gate or undock when you join fleet mid-warp.

- Chat scrolling when i am not at the end. If I have scrolled up, its because i want to view a certain line, not because I want to deliberatly stay x lines of text behind the current chat.

My peeves:

-Logout restarts client instead of taking you back to character select

-Some nebulae effects are either incredibly low resolution or incredibly laggy (or both)

-UI in general is incredibly "laggy" - what I mean is any action you do seems to take a noticable time to update on the UI

-Fleet form up guy doesn't start as squad commander

-CTRL+Clicking a target too many times will have you approach him. Deadly in big fleet fights especially under heavy lag

-Gun effects, gun models, gun sounds

-The fact eve doesn't have sound

#2: Trying to target something doesn't automatically decloak you after you jump. This makes catching people a lot harder.
#3: The engine trails on the Abaddon are asymmetric.
#4: Difficulty in finding drone DPS since show info shows base values.
#5: General clutter of useless values on drone info.
#6: Regardless of its power level and whether or not it's balanced, ECM is a boring, uninteractive, and unfun mechanic.
#7: Difficulty in mapping a turret icon on the UI to a turret on the model, for those of us who like aesthetically pleasing volleys (groups of 2 on abaddons/maelstroms/apocalypses)
#8: Inability to choose which turrets go where on the model. When I have 5 mega pulse and 2 dual heavy pulse on a geddon, I want the 5 mega pulse on the sides and the 2 dual heavies on top/bottom.
#9: Bonus shields from gang boosts are added to the maximum amount, instead of to both current and maximum.
#10: Saving overview settings doesn't save the order in which columns are presented, or column width.

-The Interaction between your ship and Acceleration Gates (which nicely implied that you were the projectile in a giant railgun)
-The Gallente-esque curves on the Mining Barges.
-And of course... Engine Trails.
All of these were (IIRC) lost with Trinity and it is their absence which annoys.
The minimum size of the People and Places window (I used to have it set smaller) and the fact that I have to refer to a .txt I created before the contact nerf to tell me why I've set a corporation or pilot Red or Blue.

Blueprint section in the market/(escrow).

- T2 BPOs need to be removed from the market. (T2 BPO's are like Santa Claus. when you find out the truth about them, you are disappointed)
- Blueprints need to be reorganized. (example, extend the new ship grouping structure to the blueprints FFS)
- BPC's need to be sold on the market not via contracts! (They put a man on the moon, so get it done!)

For those affraid to click :
* Sort cargo and items by market value
* Double skill queue time to 48 hours
* Change character without restarting the client ( Mac )
* Remove the time limit between switching ships, or at least remember that I want to switch and switch for me once the time has passed
* Remove any time limit for docking/leaving , or at least remember that I want to dock/leave and do it for me when the time has passed. Otherwise I just click impatiently every second even its still 20 seconds to go.
* Multi-selection sell button which sells at market price, uber awesomeness would include a price difference percentage ( sell everything where the buy price is at worst 20% below market rate ) this would save my poor wrists from a LOT of clicking.

Chaning what the F11 map functions do went to CSM vote, passed, was presented to CCP and CCP snubbed it. I still want it.

--NPC jamming timer problems. When NPCs jam you the timer often refills the bar even though the actual time hasn't changed. In addition, ghost jam timer bars often appear afterwards for no reason and mysteriously phase in and out.
