The Ballistic Control System II description says that it supposed to also increase lethality and it does decrease missile rate of Fire but so far it has not added an extra 10% damage bonus that it's Attributes tab says it is supposed to provide. I sent this in as a bug earlier and they replied that it isn't. If this is so then the show info window should be corrected to remove the damage bonus. I would love to have the damage bonus though.

Already possible, check the routes on the storage facility, select the incoming resource, create a route for it to the factory. You can do this even before the first batch arrives of the incoming goods.

These might have been mentioned already. Both these issues are major pain in the asses though.
->I want to be able to change the subsystems on a t3 ship while inside a wormhole.
->I want to be able to access the contents of a container while it is still inside a POS corp hangar. (Basically the same functionality that we get while docked.)

I'm tired of finding ships with the directional scanner in low and null sec only to find that they are sat at a pos inside a forcefield. Can't we have an option to filter out ships that are just sat there empty, its preventing me from finding legitimate targets!

I also know that i can allow force fields and towers to show on scanner at the same time, but this is still annoying as the legitimate targets get lost in the never ending list of unmanned ships! Rolling Eyes

- The words 'Rate of fire' are used incorrectly in weapons descriptions. Rate of fire (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rate_of_fire) means how often you fire, and is measured in rounds per second. What is quoted is actually the period or interval between firings. For example, a Mega Pulse Laser II (http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Mega_Pulse_Laser_II) has a shot *interval* of 7.875s and a *rate* of 0.127 rounds per second, not the other way around.

* Options for displaying hangar contents by groups. For example, in the List view there are columns for Size, Slot, and Group. If you apply a Pivot operation to the possible values in those columns you could make tabs out out of them: Low, Medium, High (for Slot); or Group tabs like Projectile Weapon, Afterburner, Hybrid Ammo, Basic Commodities, etc... that'd end up with tons of tabs, so perhaps "building" a tab could somehow be customizable, like the overview settings.

* Even smaller station buttons! As in individual rows like a list of objects similar to the overview or fleet window.

* A market style browsing interface for contracts.

I have cut myself many a time on these "small" annoyances:

* Hardeners (shield/armor) should show a smaller icon on top of the dmg. type it protects against. Use the already existing mini icons on fitting window and overlay them on hardeners. Invulns and adaptive membranes can just show the regular icons. It would just really help to be able to overheat that thermal and/or kinetic hardener when that blasterthron is melting your armor/shields, instead of burning your mods on an em hardener.

* Moveable dmg./info notification area, and definable to show last X entries, so you can actually follow whats happening. Log is just too unwieldy and slow.

* Better overheat activation area for modules.

* Log off to Character selection instead of restart.

* Skill on different toon should be able to be stopped from current toon logged into, so current can start training.

* When you search for something in the market tab, for example warp disruptor, make the "browse" tab navigate to the same group as searched. So after clicking back to browse tab, the "warp jammers" group is expanded.

* Friendly ships should be easily distinguished from enemy's once locked. IE a green outline around friendly/red around hostile ships, or have enemy ships on one line and friendly underneath.

* Overheat icon needs serious improvement. maybe make overheat double click on module? or right click on module to overheat? that thin green line is annoying as hell.

One of the greatest things about EVE is being able to play with people from all over the world. Yet, when organizing an Event and publicizing it the calendar doesn't work nearly as good as it should

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ALLOW PEOPLE TO CUSTOMIZE THEIR LOCAL TIME ZONE FOR THE IN GAME CALENDAR!

That way, when a leader organizes an Event it shows up as local time for the specific user reading the calendar. As it is now, something can be scheduled for a Tuesday in EVE Time and it is actually a Wednesday or a Monday for some people living in different parts of the world - it gets confusing and people just give up trying to use the calendar.

when changing crystals on lasers, and clicking on the laser or group,the crystals used to sort by range,now they sort by alphabetical.

would be nice if my skills were applied to cargo amounts on a ship in hangar without having to board ship.

are the t2 large crystals/lasers working correct?still seems a range of 16 and a falloff of 24 on gleams should track to at least 0.

could only damaged items needing repair show under the repair button in station?or a option to show/not show?

* Why aren't missile bays shown on any given ship when fitted? Turrets are, all turrets, but not missile bays. Why not?
* The "flare" of any given ships exhaust looks like it goes through the ship, why not make it overlay your ship and everything else just like the suns do?
* Drones having stupid AI. I mean, seriously, they don't listen to you.
* It would be nice to have an option to set all active drones to "aggressive mode" so that they will attack anything that poses a threat to you. (Being shot at, being warp scrambled, ect.)
* Sartbombs and ECCM bursts, why only a max of 6km? Besides for drones, I see not good purpose for them. I would much like it if CCP would tweak them to go (minimal) 10km. That would be nice.

My minor inconvenient:

I don't like looking for the station where i can find the agent who spoke me about a mission offered.

It would be great if i can set destination or dock directly from my journal, when mission statue is Offered, or Better, no need to dock to the agent's station for accepting a mission.

Ask and accept mission without dock would be really interesting.

* When I switch to a new chat window that someone has talked in, sometimes the window merges the first line of the most recent chat with the last line of the guy before him (or the channel announcement)

* When the size of the title of minimized windows changes, they don't automatically realign themselves.

In all honesty, I don't know why this hasn't been done yet so I'll say it now.
(cannot be bothered to read through numerous walls of text to see if this has been posted yet or not)

1: Make a Logout To Character Selection button.
2: Give a Focus Cursor For Window Mode option. I play in window mode, so when I'm flyin' about and trying to click my overview in a hurry and come out of the EVE window... just to click an app on the desktop by accident and often accidentally start said app which freezes the game up temporarilly.

• session timers need to be shown and some removed as already mentioned
• get rid of having to upgrade clones!! the cost is minimal anyways and I shouldn’t lose skillpoints for a game that I spend my hard earned money on because I come home tired from work and forget to upgrade my stupid clone before I do a little pew pew before bed….
• jump clone time/implants + pausing of skills.. nuff said
• tabs in personal hanger pls. Corp hanger has them why not my personal hanger?
• missile effects are **** poor compared to other weapons and we should be able to see missile launchers on ships just like turrets
• I want dodge great big pieces of battleships when I blow them up instead of flying through the mist they turned into…
• omg why can’t I get a notification when my insurance has expired without having to click the insurance button?

• should be able to add skills whose prerequisites are already in queue

• can i get a couple more tabs in the overview?
• Why are there skills that have no purpose training more than a couple lvls? Just make it a single level or give me a reason to train it to 5

I'd like to place any of the small container into station container. I can't put one of those big things into a cargo hold anyway, so no uber-cargo possible.

I don't want to have a Matryoshka doll, but with no further layer in one of those station container, I hardly can add some form of organization within these vast storage spaces...

Why ? SO, WHAT IS THE "THOUSAND PAPERCUTS" PROJECT ?

It's an attempt to gather intel a lot of really small things that you put up with easily for some reason (usually because you got used to it after a while, short or long), but it still kind of bothers you to some tiny (or not so tiny) degree.
Each and every one of those things might not even really be annoying in itself (and at least for some, changing them might probably NOT be really worth CCP's time yet, to be honest), but there might be so many that they end up giving you an overall feeling of discomfort, or stress, or whatever you'd like to call it.


WHAT DO I WANT FROM YOU ?

If you have one such minor inconvenience, whenever you encounter it, please describe it in here. THE SMALLER THE INCONVENIENCE, THE BETTER.
You know, the small things... those you'd feel embarrassed to file a bug report for since they're so insignificant, or even never really bother to start a thread about it for fear of being laughed at for being too whiny about something most people don't even consider that much of an inconvenience.
Things like:
* "I wish the use/trash options on the menu would have more distance between them"
* "I'd love if the timer for switching between ships was shorter than 30 seconds"
* "I hate that nebula background images are so low resolution, I see nasty colorbands and blocks on my monitor at high resolutions"
* "I don't like waiting 5-10 minutes for the remote asset list to reload"
* "I'd like it if when I create a fleet I'd be made squad commander by default"
* "I want more font options"
* "It would be great if I could select a default showinfo tab"
* "The blinking of the character sheet icon after claiming certificates annoys me, why do I have to open it again for it to stop blinking, I was just there"
* "The <location> turret position on the <shipname> model annoys me because <reason>"
* "Why do I have to stop training a skill when I clonejump, can't it pause and resume automatically?"
...and so on and so forth.


WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ?

Well, there are several.

First off, maybe that minor annoyance you always had has some way to be sidestepped that somebody else found but you weren't aware of (hey, weirder things have happened).
If you think you have a solution to one of the issues presented, don't be shy, say it.

Second, some of those things might be trivial to fix/change, and merely the fact they're brought forth will trigger their fix/change.
Yeah, a bit of too much wishful thinking, but you never know.

Finally, after enough of these minor annoyances are collected, hopefully the most commonly perceived as annoying ones that so far were deemed not worth the time will hopefully get some attention from CCP when they're brought up as individual items.
However, they would have to be common to quite a few people before they even deserve to be elevated to that particular status.

the docking kills me alot im set for mission running but get band camped out of station should be able enter station if not one attacking or just tells everyone free camps stations sucks.im just broke even when buy cheap ship and whats best way find big corp if i could ever leave my station feel like rage quiting bullies.

Since were only talking about small fixes here - I have one that that has bugged me for a while.

When I am searching my assets for a specific item I have bought. Lets say, Trit. I placed a order for a 5 jump from station at a minimum sell 1. Now, after my order is filled, I would search assets for Trit. A whole bunch of station come up - every station infact for 5 jumps. It seems Trit is a common product in EvE. Ok, so now my list of stations is up and at the top of that screen is a list by box. The one I want to use soo bad is list by Qty. Something tells me that if I check that - the stations should move around so that the Qty of the item being displayed is now in ascending or descending order. This can work with multiple items as well as you could also see what station has the most "Ships" where station would have 5 ships of diff types and station 2 on the list might have 3 of one type and 1 of another type. Or, reversed depending on your Ascending or Descending selection. I hate having to open EVERY station to check its contents. Thanks for Listening! Cool

- i wish there was an easy way to one-off remove items from the cache that are used to suggest values to enter in lists. It's annoying when you make a typo and then have it suggested forever to fill in a field.

- I'd like an easy way to know what's the nearest station in <select region> to where i am right now. (high-sec only, and fastest routes). Then i can fly there in a shuttle and do a price check in the other region.

- I'd like a way to get a list of agents for the corp that owns the current station sorted by distance which also details quality. Now you can get them but only hierarchically by division and then sorted by quality and have to spend alot of time checking the map to eliminate agents in lowsec and figuring out which ones are nearby.

- Getting bonuses working when you have squad leader skills only is awkward. When you create a fleet and you only have squad leader skills, why do you have to manually move-member demote yourself to squad leader rather than just being set up that way?

- When your chat windows are minimized, new private chats show up minimized and sometimes it takes a while to notice a chat is blinking only to discover a friend has tried to private message you and given up cause you replied too slowly.

- I wish give money presented an error if you try and give more than you have.

- I wish give money supported inputs like "15 mil" or "15 million" so you don't have type all the zeros.

- I wish a spreadsheet was not required to track who mined what when you're mining in groups. You'd think the UI could keep a table the mining team could access and more easily contract back the ore to the miners after the ore is hauled to a station..

* For gods sake - If im in High Sec and my destination is also in High Sec - I do NOT want a course through low or 0.0 unless I alter a default setting to make it do so!

The Auto select safe-route once I enter High Sec either through JumpClone or Gate would be great for everyone I think.Cool

That also goes to say, If im in High Sec and I put a Destination of 0.0 I pretty much want the fastest route unless I plot otherwise. I'm not SkurdTwisted Evil Setting would be assumed here.
