Simple question, sorry if its been asked before(did a half hour of searching and couldn't find it), but I figured a lot of people would know off the top of their head. If I want or need to re-install my OS, install EVE on another computer, OS, drive, etc. - would I have to copy a file to keep this information or is it saved on the server like a lot of character info? A lot of the UI info is saved on the client(and thus lost on a fresh install), so this seemed like a gray area to me. I wanted to make sure without having to test it the hard way.

Client side iirc.

Seem to remember loosing "avoid jita" the last time I installed the client on a new computer.

pretty sure it is stored in the cache, aka client side.

LOL! Seriously? Maybe I just have a ton of systems avoided and I don't want to lose them if I reinstall the game?
But to the serious replies, the question then becomes which file is it saved in so i don't have to back up the whole EVE install to keep this info?

ANSWER: By using notepad to open various game data files, then moving said files out of the folder then back in, I was able to identify the exact file. Just adapt the following folder and file to your specific install location and core_char_<whatever number>.dat file.
