Alright, so I went back and edited the disaster of a post I originally made. Here's some eye candy compared to my last post haha.

So as I posted before, I went and messed around with the new Beta release of Incursion on Singularity. It was pretty cool the new menu's are great, I mean really great! Its nice to no longer have a cluster **** of tabs in my market. The new ship skins look very nice as well, there especially friendly to the Minmatar ships haha. But after reading some other forum posts about the new Sansha SC and the Sansha incursion environments. I'd like to toss my opinions and ideas about some of this stuff sense the devs have decided to spread this monster expansion out over the next 3 months. So here it goes...

Character Editor - Still really buggy but hereís what I'd like to have...
- I heard that there may be a possibility for an option to generate our old avatar faces if this is not true, DO IT! Although I am definitely going to change everything on my character, I'd like to start with the foundation of my original Avatar to edit and morph.
- For clothing options, I would like to see unique clothes for each race.
- The Amarr have no Robes! How can the most religious fanatics be religious in jeans and a leather vest? I want to see some monk attire for my Amarrians.
- The Caldari are business savvy and militaristic obviously some new aged suits and militaristic style clothing should be the most common attire for this race. Even general clothing is fine as long as it has a more serious or professional appeal to it.
- The Gallente, this could be your race in EVE with everyday fashion. I can see much more casual style of clothing with some futuristic influence.
- The Minmatar, I'd like to see a more tribal touch in the clothing. Fabrics that look more natural and worn would also add better presentation of the Minmatar race.

-With these mixes in styles between races, you can also bring some shopping into the future Incarna expansion. Giving players the ability to go and purchase new attires for their avatars, whether it be clothing from the other races or unique clothing that would only be available in these stores (outside of the new character creation), would be a cool way to keep our characters unique.
- The Human characteristics are great in my opinion. I'm guessing you guys at CCP already have plans to fine tune them and maybe add some more options. So the morphing and editing is A+ for me.

Sansha Incursion features
- So far from what I have read, Sansha Incursions are to appear in just about any system at any time, and can be any level of difficulty? If this is right, Iím not really sure that I would feel like an actual Incursion is happening in EVE. My idea to demonstrate the Sansha Incursion would be to keep the idea of implementing incursions in any region, but to focus the worst of the Incursion in the general vicinity of the current Sansha region. Obviously you have to implement an incursion all over the map to give everyone a bit of the action. So this is where my second idea comes into play. Letís say a system in Caldari space gets the effects of a Sansha Incursion. Sansha Nation is way down in Stain far, far, away, so we canít just automatically make this a full blown (what is it level 3?) incursion. What do we do with it then we start it off at an entry level incursion. Now if players refuse to acknowledge this change in the system, letís say after 12-24hrs the incursion has now increased to a level 2 and a neighboring system is now beginning a Sansha incursion. If these systems are again ignored then the growth continues until you have a giant web of affected systems. This will not only encourage group work in my opinion but would create an entire group of groups! Gangs will be working with other gangs tackling all these systems and eventually merging into bigger gangs as the Sansha complexís become harder and harder as you get closer to the heart of this Incursion.

Sansha Mother Ship
- First off the stats are well, very lame sorry to say it but itís nothing impressive.
- The extra Drone controller is nothing special and when you already have so many fighters and what not out on the field itís like adding a nickel to 4 quarters.
- My idea for special abilitiesÖ Itís a faction super carrier give me something super factioniny... A Cool special ability would be something like, ##% increase to the abilities of all other faction ships in the same gang or fleet. This expansion is all about working together so why not make this new carrier encourage gang/fleet work. Something like adding an entirely new special ability to all ships in the same fleet, what that could be Iím not sure you guys come up with something. I know for sure though that the ability to use an extra Drone controller and some bonus jumping range, will not change my mind or influence my training if I decide to cross train to another race for the purpose of a new super carrier.

Now if all this is still making your eye's bleed... well then you can all officially say I suck at English and I think I'll go back and retake my writing courses haha. I'm also not 100% straight on all the facts especially about the way the new Incursion features will work so correct me if anything I mentioned is already being done or if I'm just really ******ed and don't understand EVE and my ideas just suck lol.

Had to stop reading. My eyes are bleeding. So much for the myth about EVE players being smarter than the players of other MMOs. Stay in school and (*gasp*) maybe spend a little less time playing games and a little more on spelling, grammar and punctuation.

lol by "correct me if I am wrong" I think the poster meant the content of the post, not the spelling and grammar. :p

I'd like to point out that Incursions have nothing to do with vicinity to Stain, the last months of invasions have shown us that the Sansha are proficient in manipulating WHs to get where ever they want

The idea is to make people pay for their desired look just as in life. I suspect the 'sameness' or 'blandness' of the stock attire is designed to provoke people to splurge their ISK on individualist styling later on when Incarna arrives.

The focus of the new character creator then, logically, is almost entirely on the actual physical representation of your alter ego. Which in fairness it does very well ..

CCP was advertising for fashion designers and stylist/s at one point so I'm sure they got someone in to provide endless variety where this is concerned.

Clothing, robes (of the religious bent) and other faction specific stuff might be the kinds of items you have to 'interact' for rather than 'buy'. Missions, looted wrecks, new NPC factions of the future etc. Hence they would have 'value'. The moment we have full body ambulation and an interactive 3d environment a premium will immediately be attached to 'uniqueness'. Which is precisely what the idea is I am sure .. as that will sink ISK.

Ya I could see that happening. I remember them advertising for Fashion designers as well back when they started the project. So lets hope your right and they want us to sink all our ISK into clothes like a bunch a teenage girls at the mall. lol

Clothing options shouldn't be limited by race. Many pilots have moved from their home empires and have asked for some form of plastic surgery to allow them to blend in with a different group of people. While certainly possible I think being able to select the attire and hair style of your choice would go a long way to transforming yourself. I can fly down to my local market and purchase ships and equipment from far ranging regions. Why couldn't I pick up a Minmatar leather vest?
