The Cove is a very good film. Mrs. Zap watched it a few months ago and from being a rabid consumer of sushi, is now fully into chickpeas, mushrooms and the like. Got me at it too (sweet potato rolls were always my favourite anyway), although it's hard to resist the odd lamb shish after a couple of pints of Hoe'.

I wasn't aware they served dolphin in the regular sushi place.

Without our help it's going to continue until Japanese become sick from mercury.
By that time it will be too late.

And this is a bad thing why?

Less people in the world imo is a good thing.

I agree, also for the softies in the thread I do my part by avoiding fish, I hate fish or any kind of seafood, I like Pork/Cow Moo Moo meat, rabbit is great too. Also real people when on voyage at sea eat this , I would skip the tortoise too, those things cry awfully when being eaten, I like my meat pretty much dead.

This is a problem with a surprisingly simple solution.

All it requires is some photoshopping skills to trick the Japanese into believing the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki by Chicken and Cow, instead of Dolphin and Whale.

The alarming thing is also that we have saturated the oceans with enough mercury to make eating that food dangerous and a health hazard, it's just sad.

You cannot hope to defeat cultural tradition with something as feeble and narrow sighted as some e-signature. If the japs had some issue with americans eating beef and they signed some petition do you really think joe blow chomping one down would give a damn?

The only thing that is going to impact said cultural tradition is they eat every last bloody dolphin, and given human nature it's probably going to happen. There's not a damn thing you can do to change it.

I dont think I'm the only person to hate dolphins but yeah I hate dolphins. Whale meat and dolphin is all and good as long as you dont over consume and eat it every single day or if you're pregnant.

Anyways did I mention I hated dolphins?
