last time i checked out jump freighter and carriers they only could jump to lowsec close to jita.
and if you half their cargo, people would just bridge freighters around with titans. so you punish the small guys more than the big power blocks. |

So people have to log in in their Titans ? MAORRE TARGETTS! But for more action in low sec I would remove the ice belts in High sec and put them in low sec. Ice fields in 0.7 are not aceptble |

ummm, titans bridge from inside pos shields. Want the titan, first you are going to to ref the pos, come back next day, pop the pos....then if by extreme luck the titan pilot still sitting there he is all yours lol. Join a pirate corp with SC's...rifters and disco ball bs's may not be enough  . |
