I'm torn on this one. You don't want people with a lot of money getting hassled. We'll see! |

Bug: I bought the last visible ticket on the new fed navy sink. It said I bought it, and shows #25 in "my blinks". The main page, however, does not show my purchase. It also shows 24 as max.

This is on me. I changed it to have an even number of tickets and didn't think anyone had that ticket. Sending you a refund. |

I am coding a way around it as we speak. My CSRs will have the ability to preauthorize your account for the ISK you deposit until it shows up via the API update. When someone is online, this will have you blinking within minutes! |

It will go live tonight barring complications with API stuff. Check the blink box on the main site (with the lightbulb)... I usually put chatty things in there to keep you informed. |

So nice!
It's as polished as a professional gambling website, has an intuitive interface and lacks nothing in useability. More fun to play than Spot 5 Keno!
Not to mention it's a super fun way to play the lottery! Love it. |

Just wanted to give you a heads up, I think the limiter you placed on the 1 Mega blink might be broken, I've seen a couple of them now where one person has blinked 3 or 4 times |

This is actually a limit on the number of Mega Blinks (1 at a time), not a limit on tickets per person. You will see per-person limits clearly specified on the Blink-- they usually only show up on the promo blinks (yellow borders). |

finally win something (the cheaper ship axisting but well :p) this night. finally.
the win list still is sometime very strange, as we see often guys winning 4-5 times in a row. well on the other ways i saw that some of the biggest players on the stats are sometimes blinking 4 tickets on the same ships... and sometimes they're bid is for more than the price of the ship itself xD |

When guys buy half the tickets for 4-5 blinks in a row, you will see this :P it's not like they win with the same number that many times in a row all the time-- though sometimes they do! That's blink for you. |

Have you thought of using publicly-available sources of entropy to generate the results? E.g. start from date / air temperature / stock market index / lottery results, take an MD5 hash to turn it all into a single number, and finally apply a modulo operation to force the outcome to match one of the ticket numbers.
Doing it this way would leave it just as unpredictable, but would remove any possible suspicion of the winner being fixed, as people would be able to validate the results independently. |

What about adding another statistic for the total value of prizes awarded that updates with each blink completed? (Like the US national debt ticker ) |

It's been on my list :P I think this is a really powerful statistic! I did a quick database pull and can tell you that the number right now is 56,176,000,170 ISK. Edit: regarding public entropy, I don't see any way to do this that both allows you to crosscheck results AND not be able to predict future blinks. I've handled a lot more than 56 bil before, though, and I think if you look at the winning number distribution you'll find it is not weighted towards any number. I will put the distribution on the stats page as well. |
