I think I'm having the same issue as others.... altho mine isn't saying what other posters's is (I think) .... I got a prompt to update the launcher and clicked yes.... upon finishing it said there was an error and to read a file in my temp folder .... which I am still trying to locate :P .... so I opened the test folder and launched sisi from the bootstrapper and patched it that way and it worked. but after I downloaded I guess what is the newer version as the old one was a bit over 5 mb's and this one is a bit over 6mb's ... when I launch this one it asks me if I want to update.... if I choose yes it does the same thing as I first described. so I deleted the sisi launcher and installed it again with the same results. when I choose "no" when it asks me if I want to update it works

oh.... windows XP 32 bit

To find error log, do the following:

Windows Key & R , that type in (Copy & paste)

C:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Local\Temp\"directory name as provided by error message"

Applicable to Windows 7, could be different for XP

Win XP 32bit and Win 7 64bit.

XP log path is C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\foldername
but it's empty when I repeately run the damned thing now, just creates new folders.

Edit:
Remembered this from earlier in this thread, forged a link to the 1.16 updater that I remembered worked fine.
http://cdn1.eveonline.com/SisiLauncher/116/SisiLauncher.exe
Declined the update for the launcher itself.
Seems to have worked.

Win7 x64

Unfortunately I realised I had picked the wrong folder when it was copying the files over. I clicked cancel, and files went missing from my original EVE folder. Can't seem to get EVE regular server running anymore, so don't use the cancel button if you can help it :(

To be more specific, two folders and eve.exe and a few files had moved instead of being copied to the Singulaity folder. the eve shortcut obviously didnt work; so I moved the files back but the client still refused to startup. Seems the biggest problem is a missing "Bin" folder.

Great news... I love the repair tool download found in the Issues subcategory; it found all the missing files (about 400MB) and redownloaded just those and did a check, and I'm back up and runnign on TQ again :) Thanks CCP for a great repair tool.

Launch one, get to the log in screen, launch another. It's just the launcher that check for dupes of itself, once it's happy about the install files it'll launch the subsequent client fine.

Having problems launching the test server. Here is what the Sisi launcher is telling me, when the client loads it asks me to DL the whole 2.6GB client, which is not possible on my connection. What can I do. I am running Win 7 X64 and sisi launcher 1.18. Here is the message that I am getting from the launcher.
