when i try to open to Singularity it always goes to TQ. i go to C:\Program Files\CCP\Singularity and open the "eve" program. i did some poking around in the folder that my singularity client was installed in, and found that the "start" text document still said:
[main]
role=client
aid=0
server=Tranquility
port=26000
edition=premium

changed server to Singularity, but i didn't know what to put as the port so it gave me an error message the next time i tried to open Singularity. i may be completely wrong in how i was trying to fix this problem.

Im getting incompatible version message, is this because of updates too? Will it fix itself? I have downloaded version 1.12 of the launcher (newest one) but still on luck.

The latest launcher I have is 1.16, on WinXP. Still won't update the incompatible build atm.

Ok... I'm confused here. I started using the SiSi Launcher 3 days ago. I just hit the .exe, it updated the tool, it started EvE instantly and updated the client and I happily played on the test server. Now I launch it and it has decided to copy the Tranquility Client... :\ It never did that a few days ago and it patched the client and I was able to play both the test and original server with no troubles. Why is it only copying now?

Thanks in advance

**EDIT**

I might add that when it updated the client, the file was a measly 5MB and that was it. But before I tried to manually update, it tried telling me it was a 4.7GB file

I was able to update Sisi with the launcher tool just fine. There was some sort of error that said occurred but it still updated the client. I'm on Sisi now and the learning skill points have been sent back to me just fine Very Happy

I just wish you would seed everything at 100 isk again so people are able to actually test things. 700million isk for a battlecruiser is a ripoff. This isn't jita Very Happy

Pretty much exactly the same result as Charlie with the launch tool, except for total time. After closing the patcher window though the test client came up and said it had a patch available. 15 MB later the test client went from 6.33.207554 to 6.33.210235 and looks like it'll work. A little confused though, since I thought the launch tool was supposed to do the patching Laughing

Edit: It appears to be working, says status & # of people, but the client restarts itself when I try to log in, at "acquiring bulk data 44/46" or sometime "45/46."

So there's a test today I think. But the latest patch hasn't been uploaded. 6.34.212111
Is that right? Mien says it's incompatible (6.33.210235) and I've checked the patch page and it doesn't have 6.34.212111

Sorry that's tomorrow. Please disregard.
