When I click Close on the Windows XP client it starts up with the Incursion window, then says it needs to download a 2374MB update, I clicked OK, but got a verification error.

When I click Close on the Windows 7 client it starts up with the Tranquility window, then says it needs to download a 20MB update, I clicked OK, but got a verification error.

Probably the full 1.0.0 hasn't been set for release. ( IDK someone forgot to set a switch or something? )
EDIT:
Tried all methods for installing the Incursion 1.0.0 patch, and it just bugs out saying it's corrupt or something. God I hope they don't make us delete BOOT.INI again.

I don't know if this is the place to report this or not. but I was getting the same compression error code yesterday... and it's obv because the server was down.... because it's working now.. altho it took 4 tries for it to work. someone on tq said it might be because it was still doing defragmenting... or smth along those lines. but I did want to report a concern I have about getting a warning page about the HTTPS link that I was sent to when I clicked on the report bug feature on the sisi splash page. especially after all the dev things that have been posted lately about account security. has anyone else received this warning?

I can't seem to get this to work. I've run it, it copied everything, verified and now it says Downloading Patch Data and it's totally stalled out.

If I click Cancel it says, "Please wait, cancelling running tasks" and stalls out at that stage. Only way to get out of it is to kill the process in the Task Manager.

Running Windows 7.

Any ideas?

Instaled latest version sucefully, but have one "small" probem - it displays unable to connect 87.237.38.200 on port 26000.

Where is problem ? I have allowed port 26000 in firewall.

Hi downloaded and fired this up but it flashes an error briefly before shutting down. I think it says "Cannot Find Renamer.Exe" or maybe Remainder.Exe? once it fails to load once i need to reboot the machine before it will let me try again...

am I being stoopid?

This program actually deleted my original eve folder.

The way it happened was, I have my Eve installed on drive E: under the folder called archive, along with many other programs.

so its E:\archive\eve

I mistakenly told the program to install to e:\archive, and started it.
A few moments into installing I realized my mistake and hit cancel.

This program went to undo and delete what it had copied, in doing so it deleted my e:\archive\eve game folder, along with the files it copied.

I was not able to undo it and I had to reinstall eve.
I was worried it might have deleted other important files but i don't notice any other important folders gone.

On a positive note I like the simplicity of this program, just not the way it cleans up after a cancel.

Hey I'm a bit stuck... I installed Sisi and when I tried to run it nothing happened... ntohing at all, no notifications or anything, tried a couple of times and it just didn't do anything!

So then I tried to download singularity manually as described here:
http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Singularity
I have 2 clients installed and everything but when I try to install the singularity patch to the second one it says:
"The installed client is already compatible with the build number in this update file (207554)"

It seems the link given (http://www.eveonline.com/patches/patches.asp?s=singularity&test=&system=win)
only has patches to update Singularity rather than patch TQ to Singularity... guidance would be much appreciated please

I would also like to add that it appears to be loading EVE from the new fold, even if I open the old folder and open it from there... it means I don't have any of my custom channels/settings/overviews anymore... however when I delete the new folder it loads from the old one again instead and I get all my settings back... is there a way to change the default loading location as this means if I DO manage to get the singularity patch for the new folder I'll have to delete it every time I want to play TQ!
