As the title states my client is crashing at the selection screen.
Software:
Eve, Current
Linux Mint 9
Wine 1.2
Winetricks
All D3Dx9 Dlls installed, generic winetricks package.
Hardware:
GMA4500HD+310nVidia (The nvidia will not work as its a hardware MUX build due to Linux limitations)
Core i3
blah blah blah = plenty for Eve.
Basically I am hoping someone else has encountered this issue and has come up with a work around. If any further info is needed please ask. |

Wine is up to 1.3.1 now. ;)
I use mint. The Fix, I have found, is when you login, BEFORE YOU SELECT A CHARACTER, disable eve voice.
If that doesn't work, disable eve voice AND sound (both in winecfg and eve).
If that still doesn't work... D: |
