4 dual heavy pulse, 2 mega beam, 2 siege launchers, 1 sensor booster, 1 tracking computer, 2 cap recharger, 3-4 hardener depending on NPC type, 2 large armor repairers, 1-2 cap relays.

Use torps. Lots of torps. Kill interceptors first so you can warp out, always align for warp so you can escape.

Swap out tracking computer and or sensor booster for cap rechargers if you prefer cap to fast locking of frigs and long range sentry killing.

I like using tons of named/tech 2 gear when missioning.

Use 4 heavy drones and 5 medium of the dmg type your npc is most vulnerable to.

Sansha/Blood = EM, Mordus/Gurista = Kinetic, Angels/Minmatar = Explosive

Raven's much better for missioning, but Apoc's not bad. I reccommend bringing along a partner for gang skills to apply / help with loot pickup / inty killing.

My setup's as cheap as possible while maintaining effectiveness... 6 megapulse, 2 siege, 4 cap recharger II, 2 accomodations, 3 vanilla hardeners, 2 cap relays.
