I've tried both fits on the sac and for some reason I do not get a damage increase with either... this has been tried on Frigs, Cruisers and Battleships.

I think I'm either doing something wrong or the logs are not being shown correctly!

Please help :)

Well, if you aren't seeing any effect from dual painters and/or dual webs, you probably aren't seeing any damage reduction in the first place. I'd go with the standard MWD/Cap Booster/Disruptor/Web personally, but if you feel like the cap booster isn't required painter+web is probably your best bet.

Ed: But dual webs are MMmmmmmm delicious. Keeping someone from moving is a really awesome idea! :)
