There are a couple of lvl 4 missions that could use more than one person, but so far most seem doable solo and in time for the bonus. Picked up 65k LP so far doing lvl 4 missions solo |

I haven't seen a single lvl4 mission that can't be done solo (except the bonus stage in one).
For some of them you just can't make it intime for the bonus. |

Most kill missions give around 600-700... dunno why, maybe it's because most ppl do navy missions. The hauling missions give from 1k to 5k, but I've heard of ppl getting around 6k (that have good agent in low sec rating system) |

I get 609 lp for most easy kill missions but between 1 - 5k for the rest |

You can solo a lot of them, since various warp-in and aggro 'issues' were sorted out.
The ones you can't solo, you can do with 1 BS and a support ship without too much trouble.
If you're not very experienced with Eve PvE, then yes, maybe an army would be best. |

Don't take an army, that's NOT a good idea.
2 players is the max needed for lvl 4 missions, they can be in 2 BS BS + frig, or any other ship combo with sufficient firepower.
Tbh there's only one mission I can't solo, and the reason for that is that every time I have to warp out I need to use 1-6 acceleration gates to get back to where I was, and I always have to warp out because they're Angel pirates, and thus tougher than anyone else. |

Before you warp out to repair, bookmark one can or item, then warp. I have done this once, repaired my shields, then warped to the bookmark. Almost like getting a direct flight.  oh yea......YARRRRR !!!!!  |

I did an L4 mission which ponied up nearly 10,000 loyalty points the other day.

I know no lvl 4 one can't do solo, though one might run out of torps in some deadspace complexes. So having an extra indy for these is handy.
PS: and getting the bonus reward is quite easy since the last patch too. |
