I'm looking for your basic raven pilot, something for me to tool around in and kill rats without paying too much attention.

I don't want anything fancy, as I don't have a high budget.

Required Skills:

Caldari Battleship IV
Tactical Shield manipulation IV
Shield Upgrades IV
Shield Operation IV
Energy Grid Upgrades IV
Weapon Upgrades IV
Cruise Missiles IV


My budget isn't real high, and anything above and beyond the above is superfluous. Post what you have with how much you want here and I'll probably buy it.

Edit: various support skills would be nice, too. :)
