Hull: Cormorant

Designed from the ground up by the Caldari state. The Gunboat variant of the classic cormorant was from the beginning intended to provide heavy gunnery support to fast moving frigate fleets. Using its superior maneuverability for a ship of its size, it is capable of providing a withering barrage of fire from afar.

Destroyer Skill Bonus: 10% bonus to Medium Hybrid Turret tracking speed and 10% bonus to Medium Hybrid Turret optimal range per level.

Gunboat Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to Medium Hybrid Turret damage and 15% reduction in inertial modifier amount per level.

Penalty: -20% to all shield, armor, and hull resists
Bonus: (not going to calculate it out, whatever makes med's fittable)% reduction in the CPU and Powergrid needs of Medium Hybrid Turrets.

Basically, kind of a big deal. An ivory white version of the Punisher / Tristan / Rifter / Merlin.

100000% bonus to small Energy / Hybrid / Projectile weapons damage.
500% bonus to small turrent optimal range.

10000% malus in rate of fire.
10000% malus to tracking speed.
10000% malus to ship and cargo scanner duration

Since we got the unsuicidable Orca, it's about time CCP gave us Harpoons to take those abominations down.

And maybe some other Malus I can't be bothered to think of to stop the being used for anything other than spanking big dumb Orcas. Just as long as we can put a stop to the most ridiculous ship in Eve, I'm fine with that. That would be my eternal contribution.

Maybe a device for flicking the eyes of any Dev who suggests introducing anything quite as stupid ever again, that would be so great too.

This ship doesn't even need your +100% to Forum Trolling per level either, shame you're only asking about one-offs, but even so... I can spend a lot of time making Orca pilots e-warp.

Smuggling Primae

I would like a ship specialized in gas harvesting,
Sort of Blockade runner, which can cloak and compress gas , cause the volume of gases is really unpractical.
6 high slots, 5 of those limited to gas harvester
4 med slot, so it get some shield tank
Some low slot for cargo expand and wcs,
the ship could get a new low slot module, gaz compressor(it can take a while to compress)
Drone hold 60m3
cargo hold 1000m3
Compressed gas Hold 1500m3

I can even imagine the primae as the hull type.
